I am a bit nervous, and I hope someone can help me. I have never had a regular period, I don't know why, but it's never the same time of month and sometimes I skip a month. So I never really know when it is going to start. I have had my period for 8 years now. Anyway, last night I went to the restroom and there was a little blood, just a few spots. I just thought I had started, though it was weird because normally when I first start it is heavy. Well today, I haven't bled at all. What could that have been? Is something wrong with me? I have heard of girls spotting before, but I don't remember the reason and if it's even close to normal? Does this mean I have started? or is it something else? Thanks anyone who can help me : )

hey i am 15/f and i am a really depressed person i have a really really low self esteme and i don't know why i mean i am not ugly but sometimes i feel like i am and feel that i can't go anywhere because of the way i look i feel like i would look grose to people even though there is nothing wrong with me and alot of people like me and alot of people think i am really pretty but sometimes i just don't see it
can you help me find someways that will help me see that i am not ugly
how can i look at myself and actually like the way i look for once

okay so i just made a new myspace. and ive had a myspace before and noe all the codes and wat not. but when i went to go put a picture as my picture caption it wouldnt work and i promise you ive got the right code ive checked a bunch of times. so i was wondering if they like dont allow that anymore or theres a new code or something cuz i get my code from whateverlife but its really bugging me. please help

Prom dance advice

Hey there,
Tomorrow's my prom night, and I'm really excited.
Of course I want to be dancing with my date, and I'm confident enough that I don't mind if I look like a loser, and I know I'll get out there and actually dance.
Problem is that I never really got any good. I still dance like a white boy.
Are there any general tips I can be thinking about when I'm out there, just for casual hanging-out dancing?

I am doing a science fair project on if the habitat of a monkey effects its tail length and purpose (prehensile, non prehensile) and I look at New World and Old World monkeys. I am trying to think up a catchy title (NOT question, title) for the projct that might catch peoples eyes.

i have this big problem. there is this girl, her name is alica. she is a freind, and now i wanna be more than freinds but like everything else in my life there is problem. she has a boyfreind, and he lives with me. before i begain to like her like her i was cool with just being freinds. but she was there for me when another girl broke my heart. she was there for me. she gave me advice, and told me there is someone out thier for me. i also have problems with my dad she is there for me for that. we get a long great we have everything in common, she told me she likes hang out with me and i like hanging with her. this week has been hell for me, if it hasn't been for her i would have killed my self. and when im with her all my worrie...

My mom said sometimes I act ditzy, or dumb. but i don't. i'm just being silly. thats how i am. i make jokes out of everything, and i smile alot and talk alot. and i was telling my mom, how this one girl, got like all mad because i dno whatever i said, and she told me that i have to change how i am around certain people. but i'm having a hard time agreeing with that. like why should i change who i am, just to impress someone? or anything? shouldnt i be who i completely am, all the time. i dont think its right that i should have to, be more quit, or not laugh as much or whatever, just for someone to like me.
what do you think? do you think im being wrong about this?

I've been friends with this girl since third grade. This year, well, let's just say I learned who she REALLY was. (She told my best friend's boyfriend that they were a lesbian just to get him to break up with her cause she liked him. She also went on that same girl's screen name and cussed me and alot of other people out.) Me and all of my friends are s-i-c-k of how she treats us, so we're all trying to just back off from her. okay.. im so pasinate about god and im 14. I love talking about him and i want to live a god centered life. I go to church but everyone in my youth group goes to have fun with everyone and flirt with eachother which is annoying because none of them like having serious convos about god and make christians look bad. I want to find a good group of chrstians to talk to about jsut everything and kinda like have them as a support group to encourage me to continue living for god. but i feel so lonely all the time like no one really wants to live for god at this kind of age. my mom tells me i have a old soul so it will be hard to find friends that are intrested in that kind of stuff. but it really sucks.. how do you think i could find some people t...
