when you know you're pregnant

My friend was too embarassed to ask herself so she asked me to ask for her. She had unprotected sex a week or so ago and she's supposeed to get her period soon. how long does it take until you know you're pregnant? will you know by her next period (which is in like 4 days or so) or will she still get her period and miss the next one?

Birth Control

Ok...I'm 15/F and I was wondering if it would be a good idea to tell my mom that I want to go on birth control just in case something happens between me and my boyfriend. Or should I go on it when I am positive that something is going to happen? And do you think it's ok for a 15 year old girl to lose her virginity or do you think I am too young? Thank you.

theres this guy that ive known for like ever [9 years to be exact] and we've always had feelings for eachother and we've always been close but he doesnt exactly live very close to where i do. but when we see eachother its like we were nvr apart. so im going to spend a week with him and his family because we very close and im kinda hoping that maybe him and i will do stuff [sexually]. and im not sure if its wrong for me to be hoping or wanting it to happen. i mean in some ways im nervous about doing anything but then the other part of me is like yes do it. What does it mean to lose your virginity?
Does it mean having sexual contact...because if so, then any type of contact would make you lose your virginity, right?
Or does being a virgin technically mean you have done anything but intercourse? I'm not too sure about this one, and I don't think Google would be of much help either. Thanks.

Suicide

My friend whos a guy, lets call him nick!
His uncle commited suicide and his grandma just died a week or two ago. I feel tereble and need something to say to him when he has his moments. I also really like him and he kind of likes me but not enough to go out...yett so help me? with things to say to himm && hurry. I could use all the possible feedback I can get. Im afraid hes going to loose it and do the same or run away

I cry alot lately. I cannot stay focused on one thing. I often forget what I'm talking about. I hate the city I live in more than anything. I would do absolutely anything to get out of here. I can't stand half of my "friends". I don't have anyone that I can trust or talk to about my problems or whatever. I'm sick of boys. I haven't ate NEAR as much as I used to. I can’t help but feel as though I’m not headed anywhere good.
I have not one, not two, but three mental disorders, one of which they discovered in me. Lucky, no? The first one, depression, was discovered when I was in seventh grade (I’m in ninth now) and pushed me to attempt suicide several times. I got over that and moved straight on to anxiety, which proceeded to generally be a bitch to me in all areas. Then, my doctor managed to identify the third one, which I’d had for years. That’s the unidentified one, which I like to call “Emotionless Bastard Syndrome”. Basically, my emotions turn off, sometimes when provoked and sometimes for no particular reason. I’ll be somewhere and I’ll just go completely numb....

i used to get headachs all the time and i couldnt do anything they kept me out for hours. my mom would get so mad when i would ask for advil. i dont kno wyh tho. i hide when i get hurt and i try to handle things on my own becuase she always gets mad. if the hurt was my fault or not. something is worng with me now. not physicl but mental. i dont know how to tell her this and ask for help. i tried once by atempting suicide but my friend stoped me and she blew it off as teenage hormons. now i cut myslef but i cant control it. she doent notice and i dont want to die but when i get in my moods thre's no telling what i will do. how can i show her what i am going threw and ask her to please help me, without her screaming her head off. any hintS?
