It's normal and healthy. It's not perverted, though some people might think that whatever you fantasize about is perverted. I think a fantasy is just that and if it doesn't hurt anyone, who cares? I think that masturbation releases sexual tension, allows people to meet their own needs, and makes a person a better lover by making them aware of what feels good to themselves and comfortable with their bodies. Futher, I think it may help save lives because we should all be aware of what our bodies feel like so we notice unusual lumps in breast or testicle tissues. Tell your friend to just be sure to lock the door to avoid embarassment. :)
