i need to loss about ten pounds really fast for an upcoming event, what's the fastest way possible without any side effect. Especially on my tommy and my hip. Help! please!

okay im 15 years old and i got my period about 3 months ago when i was still 14. and i know i really got it cause it was a full like 7 days, but i havent gotten it since. i think its kinda irregular considering the females in my family got theirs at 12/13 and im not tiny either. im tall and i have pretty big boobs. so i dont know. but i do get the whole regular discharge thing. but i dont know why im not getting my period again

okay you know how you get your period every 28 days?? do you start counting from the day you get it, er the day you end??
i gotten my period the first of march & it lasted till around the 5th er 6th. i didn't get it yet soo should i expect it around the same time??

how much does an average nose job (rhinoplasty or whatever) cost? if it helps i live in Pittsburgh Pa. and i want an okay doctor i guess not the most expensive best guy but certainly not the cheapos.
and does insurance cover any of it? as far as i know my airway isnt blocked and i know insurance will cover part if it is my airway is somehow blocked.

PERIODS

ok well every month when i get my period i get EXTREMELY sick. I'm talking the works. I throw up almost everytime more than once and have killer killer cramps. I must have tried every medicine there is out there. I know people say to take it the night before but I never have any idea when its coming because im still irregular. I have to stay home at least one day from school every month and i cant take it anymore. Does anyone know any way to stop this, anything would be appreciated.

breakfast

The other day my french teacher said when you dont eat breakfast you get more hungry during the day, and i used to never eat breakfast and i would always be extrememly hungry when i got home and then i would feel lousy because of all the food i ate. So for the last few days ive been waking up earlier and eating breakfast but I'm still just as hungry. I have lunch at 11:30 and get home at about 3:15. Is there anyway I can be less hungry during the day?|

okay well this is kinda gross but i always have discharge like before and after my period and like it doesnt go away like its probably even there when im on my period.. i've had my period for about 1½ yrs. if that helps at all.. like can you tell me like if theres a way to get rid or it or like why i have it so much please? ill rate high.

Ok, so this is really gross but I've had diarreah (sp?) for a week and about 2 days now. And also, on Friday I've had really bad nausea (sp?) and I don't know. Bad nausea and diarreah.. what is this? I'm really worried about it though. Please answer.

I masterbate but i haven't had my period. I have big boobs so I would've thought I should of had it by now, but I don't. I can't ask my mom when she had hers because she died, so do you think masterbating affects my period?

changing weight?

My weight changes between 132 - 137. I know you're weight tends to be lighter in the morning and heavier at night but I didn't think it was supposed to be that big of a difference. If it matters, I am on a diet trying to loose weight and that makes it hard to know if I'm making progress or not. Thanks In Advance, I'll Rate.

I have had a really bad guilty feeling since 2 weeks ago. I went to a dance(at my school), and me and my boyfriend snuck out of the dance. We went up behind the school, and we...uhh...had sex. I have been with him for 2 years, and i dont regret doing him. But i have had a horrible guilty feeling about it. And i dont know why. Can someone please tell me why i feel guilty, and something that i can do to make the feeling go away. Please and thank you. By the way, I'm a 14/f.
