The other day my french teacher said when you dont eat breakfast you get more hungry during the day, and i used to never eat breakfast and i would always be extrememly hungry when i got home and then i would feel lousy because of all the food i ate. So for the last few days ive been waking up earlier and eating breakfast but I'm still just as hungry. I have lunch at 11:30 and get home at about 3:15. Is there anyway I can be less hungry during the day?|

Eat a bowl of cereal for breakfast, then go to school and bring chips or fruit in a bag and eat that when you can before lunch. Then during lunch, eat a sandwich or something. Between dinner and lunch, eat a small snack and then eat dinnnner. It works good.
Or you could figure out what times of the day you get hungry. So tomarrow, go to school without breakfast, and when you get really hungry, check the time and write it down. Then eat and do it again for the afternoon. Then you can plan your meals and snacks around your stomach and its hungry times :] [ sshelbyy's advice column | Ask sshelbyy A Question ]
