tampons
ok so im 14 and all my friends use tampons, i wanna start but I dont kno how to use one! and its just too weird to ask my mom. can someone help tell me how to use one or help me find a site where it has info like that on it? please!

Oh! When you buy a box of tampons instructions on how to put the tampon in are inside the box. There are even drwings/diagrams. Don't worry, every box has the directions. I use tampons and they are really worth it plus you can't feel them once they are in. Peace

well i had the same problem. i just bought some plastic ones (plastic is easier to use) and read te instructions and took my time. you like sit on the tiolet or put one foot on the toilet and gentlely slide it in tilted a little bit towards your back. once you get it in if you can feel it or it hurts you didnt put it in right so try again.

usually thres instructions in the box!! it helps trust me <33 and good luck its pretty easy when you get used to it!!!!

well i use playtex tampons and inside the box they have full instructions with pictures
