I got it when I went on holiday a few years ago before I went on the Pill. I can't remember what it is called but if you see your doctor, they should be able to prescribe it to you. You take one a day, starting from a few days before your period is due. You then take one a day every day until you are ready to get your period and it will come on by itself.
