im naturally pretty thin but my hips, butt, and thighs are bigger & not proportioned with my body at all. i want to lose about 5 pounds and just tone up in those areas but dont want to do a lot of running to lose alot of weight or weight in other areas. will squats/lunges/leg lifts be enough?

How could I get into modeling? I live in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area.
I was at one of my Mom's Avon dinners and the regional director told me that I should be the "new face" of their teen line, Mark. We tried sending a letter and e-mail into Mark, but they said they weren't looking for a "new face" and to keep waiting. I would really like to start modeling (just my face-maybe a make up model?), but I don't know what to do?

this summer..

school ended two days ago and i really want to look my best for next year.
my goal is too loose 20lbs by August 31st. I'm doing this for multiple reasons. To feel better about myself, be at a healthy weight for my heart-problem, and to learn to take care of my body.
right now i'm 143lbs. i would LIKE to weigh 120-122lbs.
what i want to know, is what foods do I eat to help me loose weight? i was thinking about the Slimfast Diet but it seems kind of boring. If it helps, I'm a vegetarian.
and what excersises should i do?

lost sex appeal?

I am 47 years old male and dated a woman of 34 for the last two years. Since we do live in different countries, we see each other about 4 moths a year. She is really nice and has the perfect temperament for us to have a good relationship.
However, since of late, I could not find a good erection t have sex with her. I performed oral sex on her, and what ever she does become ineffective for my erection.
I could have my blow jobs, and more importantly, I have had sex with other two other women since this problem started.

okay so my boyfriend and i have been together for a long time. the only prob is i don't really see my friends anymore. they tend to make their plans the day of or even hours in advance & by that time, i already have plans. how am i supposed to still hang out with them when i already have plans? they aren't as close to me anymore with anything which isn't good. it's especially hard because my boyfriend doesn't really like the guys they hang out with which makes it harder. so please any suggestions? i really need help getting my friends back! and hanging out with them more often!! thanks!

why cant kids/teens say they are ugly

i've been wondering about this.. i mean im a kid myself, 13, and like i see all these older people that complain about little things they dont like about themself. those people go on to makeover shows, shows where they change their wardrobe and stuff (what not to wear), and even get plastic surgery. now im really against plastic surgery.. unless for medical reasons, but anyways im wondering why kids cant say they are ugly in a way, too. adults think its soo wrong when kids say that when they do it too! and why arent there any kid/teen makeover shows too? i mean i think theres some for teens, but why not preteens or people around my age? that would be cool.. and some people dont think thats right, then why is it right for adults to do it too...

ok so i have AIM on my regular computer, and I am trying to get AIM express on my laptop. When i sign into AIM express on my laptop, it says i have signed in but the buddy list wont show up becuase of pop up blocker. i have tried everything to turn the blocker off but it wont go off! help!

okay so i have no clue who is right in this situation. please help! okay so i saw this guy in my summer school class yesterday and i thought he was really cute but he was also very familiar. so i asked his name ad found out it was one of my best friends good friends that she met at the mall one day. so i guess she called him that night and asked if is was him in my class and he said yeah, so then se asked hmim to a movie on saturday. and after she got off the phone with him me and her were talking and i said he was cute and she told me to back off. now i would have been totally fine with this except for THIS part of the story. she liked him for like a week when she met him but after a while they stoped talking cause he was ignoring her cal...

Heyy im 16/f and ive had stretch marks on my breasts pretty much since i was little and it really bothers me because when i wear a swimsuit you can see them and i just wanted to know if there is anything i can buy to make them go away? my boobs aren`t even that big, i`ve been a 34B for like 3/4 years now! =/

Ok i am so sorry for bringing this topic up... AGAIN for the 3rd time. I did even MORE research and I found out that a lot of shampoos, cosmetics and such have toxic chemicals in them such as sodium lauryl sulfate.

My question on here is... What is a really good shampoo (makes my hair smooth, silky, shiney, less frizzy, and not damaged from straightening it) and still has no toxic chemicals in it?

i know girls like guys, but im in LOVE with every guy i know! it doesnt matter if he is the ugliest guy in the world, i would still like him! a while ago i had 10 boyfriends, i was datin 2 or 3 at a time, thats not includin all the "friends with benefits" i had too! im only 15 and im already a MAJOR PLAYER, but now im only with one guy, and i love him soooo much, and i feel like hez the only one for me, but....
