I've been on the Depo shot for a while now and I haven't had a period since October. My normal periods are only 3 days long and I've been having one for the past 6 days. It doesn't continue throughout the whole day, just for a little while each day. Is that normal? It's very light and I'm having severe cramps. Thanks.

please clarify a few things for me about the birth control pill (whether it being a mini pill or the regular pill):
(i know its better to take it at a later age, but i wouldnt desire being a 17 year old mother!)
my mum once told me that if you go on the pill at a young age, you are ment to be taken off it after 20 years usage. if this is true..why?
it can cause inflamed veins in your legs: is this true?
