I have not had sex but i have been fingered however ive never bled. If i went to the Gynecologist would they think that ive had sex?

The gynecologist would not care whether you had sex or not, unless they needed to know for a good reason. i.e. health. The gynecologist did not study for 8-12 years to care if their patients where virgins or not. They are there to help.

No I doubt they would have a simple way of knowing this unless your cherry is popped. But even then, just because your cherry's popped that doesn't mean you've had sex. You could pop it by inserting a tampon etc.
