Probably, but it's a lot of work and it'll get pretty itchy sometimes. Trimming your pubic hair will have the same, or at least a similar effect and you won't have to worry about keeping up with it as much.

im assuming your a guy shaving your pubes will make you look bigger because you dont have as much hair coving you and about making it look better i guess it would look neater my freinds shaves there pubes and there they said that there gurlfreind likes it better because its easier to give head and ect and they said it has a better feeling i hope i helped my inbox is alway open if you need any more help

It depends entirely upon the personal preference of who's looking. Some people like the shaved look, others do not. The good news is that it's self-correcting; if you find it isn't working for you, then just let it grow back!
