how do you get music on your phone i have the vcast software that i downloaded from verizonwireless.com and all my music is on it but i dont have a usb cable or whatever to get it on my phone. what kind of usb cable do you use and where can you get one?

computer plays random music nonstop

My computer plays horrible and random music 24/7 when I turn on the computer. I've tried to run a virus scan(verizon) everyday and it never seems to solve the problem. The weird thing is that the music continues to play when there are no programs running. it seems like I've tried everything and I don't know what to do.

hello. i recently had sex with my boyfriend and he took a viagra. (just for the hell of it, its not daily) well he had sex with me once and quickly pulled out avoiding getting any sperm on me. About 30 minutes later we had sex again (without condom) but pulled out just like the first time. this continuesly happen about a good 3 times. giving about 15- 20 minutes in between each time we had sex. sorry if this is long but it's making me so upset.

Cheap Plus Sizes

I'm looking into doing a little online shopping for clothes. I'm mostly looking for hoodies (zip up and regular) and jeans (size 18). If I find something good, it's ridiculously expensive. If I find something afforable, it's ugly or they don't have my size.
I've looked at the following websites: Torried, Alloy, Delias, JC penny, Kohls, American Eagle, DEB, and I've found NOTHING.
Does anyone know any cute clothing websites where I can find those items I mentioned? If it helps, I live in the U.S. I doubt I'll be interested in clothing sites for other countries.

I have to write my science in the news report for gcse tonight, and I have to do all of it tonight seeing as I can't concentrate at school.
I'm doing, 'Should Cannabis Be Legalised?'
I think it should, does anyone have any good 'fors'.
The report has to be 600 - 800 words long, about 3 a4 pages.
I'm totally stuck, does anyone know how to lay it out, what I should include, and any good tips?

Iv been doing gymnastics for a couple of years now. At the end of my freshman year I got into it and i was doing really good. I mean i had a backhandspring in like a week, and was adding little tricks to it. Then I tore my ACL and missed 9 months of it. I started back up in Feb. But I came to notice, I think im not doing something right with my backhandspring.
Okay, I go over, But I leave my hands down and wait for ym feet to go over. Is this even right?
I'm pretty sure its not, But I cant remember, And i havent been to gymnastics since March maybe, but I;m going tonight. Can someone tell me if im doing it wrong, what can I do to make it better?
P.s if you do NOT do ...
