chronic pain/bleeding

I was diagnosed with Endometriosis over 4 years ago. I've had 2 surgeries to treat it, been on Lupron for a year and I am STILL having tons of problems.
The most problematic issue right now is that when i have sex or masterbate, and if I have an orgasm I immediatly afterwards am boiled over in pain. It's a very intense pain and usually lasts about 5 minutes or more. Recently, I have noticed that I bleed right afterwards as well. It's not a lot of blood, but still it's pretty scary.
I've seen countless gynos and no one has any suggestions on how to help, or any idea of what could be wrong. I'm just so frustrated.

I've been getting a lot of discharge lately& yes I've already started my period.
I just need a way to keep myself clean and odor-free down there.
Any HOME REMEDIES or certain ways to clean down there?

me and my bf broke up we just grew apart. it was great because we both stopped liking eeachother, all was good. exept the next day he went out with one of my best friends. she asked me first, so i wasnt mad at her, but i was kind of annoyed at him. like, but, it was kind of over the last week we were going out. but now like, we never talk. we said we would just be friends, but were not friends. i feel a little bad for him. my friend dumped him after a week because she says he was a loser. and now he was going to go out with one of my other friends (i was setting this up. enough time passed where i was okay with it) exept then he asked out a girl totally out of our group and she ejected him but shes like a ho no offense but shell date anybo...

This is extremely embarassing for me to ask.
I am an 18 year old girl from Egypt, but I moved to the USA when I was seven. My parents got me circumcised when I was six. I am worried that no one will want to marry me because I am circumcised, and will think I am gross. I am very worried because when doctors look at me (just check ups, nothing is wrong with me) they gasp, and make a very big deal out of it.

Okay, I'm a 14 year old female.
I've been masturbating since the summer.

I've been with my boyfriend for awhile and its amazing how we can have such a strong relationship without having sex. Most couples our age don't wait this long and I think we're unique because of it. I wasn't ready up until now. I'm ready to have that connection with him and I think he's the one for me. The thing is, I don't know anything about sex. I didn't get educated by my friends spilling their sexual life, I don't read magazines and I don't watch videos. Pretty much, I wouldn't know what to do and thats a tad embarrassing. My question is, how do you go about having it especially your first time? Am I expected to know "positions" or do I just lay there?

Ok I came over to my friends and she was randomly sick yesterday at the movies and today she said she thought she gainned weight. So I asked her if she was a virgin and she said no and she lost ir last saturday. Then I asked her if she used a condom and she told me not at the beginning and she thought he had cummed inside of her. Her period isnt due for about 2 weeks is there anyway we can see if shes pregnant soon. Or should we just wait until her period? Im really worried for my friend please help!!
