ok so i had sex earlier today around noon and ever since i've had cramps in my abdomen and it especially hurts when i pee. is this normal?

my parents are making me do cross country this year same as last year but i dont want to do it at all i dont know anyone i cant run tht good i dont have any fun and everyone puts so much pressure on me how do i tell my parents tht i dont want to do it and make them agree with me??

wireless internet

i have ZyXEL G-302 Utility wireless internet. i have dsl box at my family's computer and then my wireless thing gets internet from that i guess?
but the problem is, the zyxel thing can only stay on for about 2 or 3 hours and then my whole computer stops letting programs work. i know for a fact that its this zyxel thing because when im done using the internet i exit out of it and my computer doesnt get messed up like it does when its up all day.
is there something i can do to fix this? or can i get a recommendation on a wireless internet to buy that isnt too expensive? thanks!

Alright,so for the past 2,3 months i've been having these weird symptoms that occur almost everyday. i know you can't diagnose but i just need help from anyone to give me some clues of where its going,if you know anything at all.
I'll give you the symptoms and examples,it might be long.
- Unable to focus
*i never know whats going on around me,i
feel like really lazy and tired. i always get
9+ hours of sleep,its not the lazy tired
people think,its like exuastion all the time.
- Unable to think straight
*I'll mix 2 thoughts and think they're real,

my cousin seems to be flirting with me. he's like 13 and i'm 16. he got my number and has texted me a lot. i can understand that he only has his sister and step brother around.. but he's been texting me a lot. he followed me around a lot too and got too close. i caught him staring at my boobs. i found out he's coming over to visit for a few hours.
what should i do? i'm not going to accuse him of anything. i can't go anywhere either. my uncle is coming over and its just one of those hang out days. it's really hot [103] and i can't lock myself in the guest room. i need advice on what to do..

ok well i'm pretty good at keeping friends (when i'm in school) but anyways i don't know how to keep them interested,you know? people get bored of me fast,i hate it ! i just stop my energy for some reason after a cirtain point. how can i keep my energy up? i'm not sick of them, its nothing to do with them,its me. i just loose energy and stop being so talkative,its weird because i'm usually so much more talkative. any help? this is probably confusing.sorry.

okay so i just started to hang out with this guy (we're not going out. i've only made out with him once) and im pretty sure he's more into me than i am to him. hes at the beach and he told me that the stars were really beautiful and they reminded him of me.
now as cute as that sounds, im really not into cheezy things like that. hes also in a band which might be a reason for this whole passionate thing.

jealousy help please

I am a very jealous/protective type, the main reason is I have been hurt so much in the past. I am currently in a long distance relationship with an amazing guy who I love very much, and I know he has girlfriends and he has a flirt personality, I do also. But sometimes he will be online after he said hes gone to bed, he could of left his computer on to download music, but I know at one time he talked toa lot of girls on here, which bothers me. I know people have online buddies they talk to but is there any way I can get over this jealousy? He told me to think about it that if he had another girlfriend why would he want me to be down there all the time that he loves me and wants to be with me always. What should I do?
