Losing weight

I'm an 18 year old male.
I am overweight, but I would really like to lose weight. What are some way I could do this without using pills?

which diet pill is most effective?? Which ones actually have fat burners? I heard Redline is good, but I'm not sure if all it is is caffine.

Dexitrim Max is only caffine, as well.

BEFORE YOU ANSWER please no lectures on the dangers of diet pills, I'm just researching which ones work the best.

For summer I really want to get into better shape. I'm not fat or anything, but I guess I have some chub on my stomach and I want to get like a six pack or something. What should I do to get one/how often? And when will I begin to see results?

Losing?

Ok, so i take this medicine that makes it really hard to lose wieght. Does anyone know of a way that is relatively easy to shed those unwanted pounds? I have tried eating right, exercising and everything imaginable. Any advice? What has worked for you?

People have always told me my whole life I was thin/ skinny/ had a great body.. etc. I was dating this guy and he was a real jerk and made me really insecure about my weight. He told me I wasnt as skinny as most girls he goes for and when I lost 10 lbs from the mono he gave me, he told me how much better I looked and how I shouldnt gain my weight back. That was summer, I've gained my weight back now. I don't know if it's because of him or what but I'm really insecure about my weight now. Is 113, c cup, and 5'5 normal? I swear I have a little fat on my stomach. It's sick. Do you know of any exercises I can do that target the lower stomach?(Crunches don't help!)

i am a 14 year female and i am very over weight, i dont like that i am i just am..........
anyway how can i lose weight but still eat and not starve myself to death..???
also its very hard for me to goto the gym but i dol i usually run/walk/jog about 3 miles on the treadmill but it doesn't seem to be help.....

what do you think?

alright im 17 years old, 5'3 and i weigh 118 pounds. i am not overweight but i have some extra fat! i have gained 8 pounds since summer and i want to get back down to 110 and have my beach body again! i plan on working out 30 minutes a day, and losing around a pound to 2 pounds a week. about how many calories should i be eating a day to lose this?

breathing excersizes to lose weight?

my friend just bought this program thing from the internet called "Weight Loss Breeze" apparently its a bunch of breathing excersizes that like train the way you breathe every day. it somehow increases your metabolism. has anybody purchased this? does it work? she said shed let me do them with her and i didnt know if it would be a waiste of time or not. im just wondering if this really works and has helped anybody lose weight?

I cant stand my body! When I was in elementary school I was a little over weight until 7th grade when I got a litte bit taller then everthing sorta evened out and now Im in 8th grade and Im rapidly getting bigger. I have hypoglycemia, which is just a big word for low blood sugar, and Ive had to add carbs to my diet. But I went to the hospital last month because I was having muscle spasms, which havent gone away yet, and they weighed me and I had gained about 30 lbs. in 2mths.(since I started adding carbs) Ive kept the same weight for 3 yrs. (125) and now Im about 150. I have these huge strech marks on my thighs now and I cry everytime I see them. Ive tried dieting but I can never stick to anything. I love water, and I exercise e...

so i was reading some thing on the internet about how breathing can change your metablolism, or the way you breathe can depend on how your metabolism works/how you burn calories. and it was a bunch of like breathing excersizes and stuff that you do for 30 minutes that like works on the way you breathe or something and it says its suppose to raise your metabolism. is this true? can the way you breathe have an affect on how you burn calories or how you metabolism works?

I want to enroll in hip hop dancing classes i like that style of dancing and i want to know does it help you stay very fit i was taking pole dancing classes for fitness but when my dad found out he told me i could not take them any more and i love dancing and i want a dance style that will keep me fit

i am 17 years old and 5'1 i weigh 119 and have a small frame. but i totally want to lose weight as fast as i can. i just dont know how to start and what to start with to lose weight. my bad areas are my stomach. definetly need to loose my pooch and tone up and want great abs. how do i do that? i also want to tone my arms uppers back and shoulders so i can wear strapless shirts and tank tope and look great. also my thighs and hips are in need of some work. im just so clueless on what to do.

okay so i'm 17 years old 5'3 in height and weigh 120 pounds. im not fat at all or anything but during the summer i weighed 110. i was pretty skinny and fit mostly because i was really active and constantly busy! but since school started and with it getting cold i'm not as active and i probably eat more and ive gained 10 pounds! most people say they cant even tell, but i can tell that my thighs are bigger. i cant fit in my size 1 jeans anymore! but i would like to lose some of the fat that ive gained, get down to about 112. anyways i just got a membership at the gym and i plan to run 30 minutes everyday. i also just got a new job hostessing which i plan to be working a lot so im sure ill be a lot more active than ive been! i probably wont cu...

slimming down.

im currently a size 7 in jeans and because i've worked at a restaurant the past two years i've gained around ten pounds even though i have a really fast metabolism, so i even have to squeeze into a 7 now. i want to trim down to a 5, maybe even a 3. im pear-shaped and my hips/thighs are definitely the biggest part of me. how can i slim my hips and thighs so i can go down a size or two? i dont drink any soda products, and i'm trying to eat healthier and not eat so much fried stuff. i have no access to a gym and i cant buy any equiptment. all i have is 8 pound dumbbells and im not a fan of running. i work out a little here and there but i'd like more drastic results. how can i achieve this? specific exercises to get leaner and more toned without bulky muscle? thanks.

how exactly does this work? i've been dieting and excercising and i've hit a plateau so i want to try something to give me a kick start. any advice on this? is there anything else, with about the same price, that's more effective?

I guess this should be titled 'i think i'm too inactive' ....
i'm 14 (a girl), and the only exercise i do is pilates once a week for an hour. my school is a good two boroughs away (i live in ny) so it makes it difficult to commute back home in the dark two hours after school ends- plus my parents are uncomfortable with that as well.
i've just never really been that into sports but i always try and push myself into doing something active- two years ago i took ballet, a year ago i took swimming, but i ended up dropping both of them because i ended up disliking ballet, and i began getting dizzy in the pool.
i know this sounds like a little girl's dream, but I've always loved, and wanted to figure skate- the thing is that...
