summer For summer I really want to get into better shape. I'm not fat or anything, but I guess I have some chub on my stomach and I want to get like a six pack or something. What should I do to get one/how often? And when will I begin to see results?

HA!! Look my best friend in the WHOLE intire world is very small she is 13 and she is bout 85 pounds but she is does not eat SHE EATS LIKE A PIG!!! ha ha and she never gains anything and she has an eight pack and the way she does is she does gymnastics so try that ]
Sit ups, with knees bent and crunches. You can find exercises for the stomach, online.
Keep in mind that if you do these exercises for a month you will really get toned nicely. If you still have chub after a month, you have a layer of fat on your stomach which you will only get rid of by cutting calories. ]
well sex sure does burn a lot of calories then just do sit-ups about 3 times a day(sex, not the sit-ups) ]
