For summer I really want to get into better shape. I'm not fat or anything, but I guess I have some chub on my stomach and I want to get like a six pack or something. What should I do to get one/how often? And when will I begin to see results?

Keep in mind that if you do these exercises for a month you will really get toned nicely. If you still have chub after a month, you have a layer of fat on your stomach which you will only get rid of by cutting calories. [ Smartone's advice column | Ask Smartone A Question ]
