For summer I really want to get into better shape. I'm not fat or anything, but I guess I have some chub on my stomach and I want to get like a six pack or something. What should I do to get one/how often? And when will I begin to see results? (link)

well sex sure does burn a lot of calories then just do sit-ups about 3 times a day(sex, not the sit-ups)
