Dancing

I want to enroll in hip hop dancing classes i like that style of dancing and i want to know does it help you stay very fit i was taking pole dancing classes for fitness but when my dad found out he told me i could not take them any more and i love dancing and i want a dance style that will keep me fit

Most any form of dancing helps you stay fit because of the amount of movement involved. Also, you need to stay fit in order to keep up with dancing so it kind of goes hand in hand. Eating right and getting plenty of exercise will also keep you healthy and fit. Good Luck!
