I used to have a tiny butt but then i started doing some exercises to get muscle tone there and now im known as the skinny white girl with the big booty haha. So yeah i would recommend doing exercises that increase your butt muscle. You can just look it up on google or something. Type in butt exercises or butt workouts or something and you'll get alot of good ones. Some of them say that they like decrease flab, but if you dont have any flab there then you would just increase muscle which would make your butt bigger like you want. Or you could try butt pads like the other person said but if you're going to the beach or having a romantic night with your man than that might not work. If nothing works for you and you really hate your butt then maybe you should consider getting the surgery but definitely try other things first. kerry_jeanne answered Sunday February 8 2009, 12:58 pm: Honestly, I have the EXACT same problem. My butt is like a crater and I can never find jeans that fit because my butt never fills it in. To be honest though, I'm glad I don't have a big butt because it's a special feature that I'm content with. Plastic surgery is a big deal and not always safe. Not only that but the anesthetic doesn't always work which could be quite painful. I would recommend buying 'butt pads'. You can get them almost everywhere; wal-mart, target, and even some fashion stores. They carry them in the underwear/bra section. They're a lot safer than butt implants which by the way aren't cheap (can range anywhere from 2,000-4,000$). Not only that but recovery time is not pain-free. Don't hate your 'flaws' because if we didn't have any, we wouldn't be human. Consider yourself beautiful the way you are. Good Luck! [ kerry_jeanne's advice column | Ask kerry_jeanne A Question ]
