losing weight.

i am 17 years old and 5'1 i weigh 119 and have a small frame. but i totally want to lose weight as fast as i can. i just dont know how to start and what to start with to lose weight. my bad areas are my stomach. definetly need to loose my pooch and tone up and want great abs. how do i do that? i also want to tone my arms uppers back and shoulders so i can wear strapless shirts and tank tope and look great. also my thighs and hips are in need of some work. im just so clueless on what to do.

workin out at the gym always helps but start with the easy stuff first if u don't and go for the hard stuff first your just going to hurt yourself

wanna lose weight super fast?
go on the soup and fruit diet.
you can only eat soup and fruit an entire week, but as much of it was you want. But becareful of the side affects, I only did it for 5 days, and lost 8lbs, but passed out, because there wasnt anyhting available for me to eat where I was. So make sure you bring something with you if you know there not might be anything for you to eat. And look the diet up on google, it tells you how to make the diet soup and on certain days to do what, it's hard, but it works.

Cardio is a great way to lose weight. For example, running, jump roping, jogging, swimming. Things like that.
While losing weight, you might also want to do crunches and lift weights and stuff, but cardio will help you lose overall weight.
And if you start gaining weight instead of losing, remember that muscle weighs more than fat.
