i am 17 years old and 5'1 i weigh 119 and have a small frame. but i totally want to lose weight as fast as i can. i just dont know how to start and what to start with to lose weight. my bad areas are my stomach. definetly need to loose my pooch and tone up and want great abs. how do i do that? i also want to tone my arms uppers back and shoulders so i can wear strapless shirts and tank tope and look great. also my thighs and hips are in need of some work. im just so clueless on what to do. workin out at the gym always helps but start with the easy stuff first if u don't and go for the hard stuff first your just going to hurt yourself

Ok so i am on student council and our band won't participate in our pep rally so, we are putting together a cd and need some song ideas. Does anyone have any good song ideas that students could really get pumped up and have fun with?

14/f. I've kind of always secretly wanted to learn how to play the piano. I've never played an instrument and I'm just kind of scared. I want to learn to play beautiful songs like Bella's Lullaby from Twilight and amazing songs like that. How long would it take me to actually be at that level? Considering that I'm a complete beginner who never played piano before? (link)

you'd have to go to piano lessons and tell your teacher thats what you want to be able to play and you'll get working on it and you will learn how to read music its not that i used to play guitar i know
you will also have to work your way up to being really good to be able to play those songs

I know you are not supposed to use soap down there, but is it ok to use baby whipes. Not the handy whipes, but the ones especially made for babies. Isn't that supposed to be gentil enough for a baby's privates? Would that be ok to use daily? Just to stay nice and fresh throughout the day. Thank you. (link)

I have a bit of a weird situation.. I have a best friend who is turning 18 who I haven't seen since I was 7 so I don't really know much about her.
For my 18th she bought me a silver necklace.
I was thinking of doing a scrapbook or photo album but I don't have any photos of us from when we were little and we don't have many memories together.

giving her a scrapbook would be a good idea but the fact that you don't have any pictures of you guys thats not good so mabey she does so just get her an emty scrapbook and then some sort of jewlery to top it off

to become a life guard u have to go to swiming lessons and make ur way up to being a life guard.
