How do you apply eyeliner? whenever i try, i get like a strip of skin between my lash line and the line of eyeliner. also, is there a subtle way to wear eyeliner, ie for school?

okay some advice i need:
when are you supposed to give the guy
presents. like i kno christmas, b-day, valentines day and idk what else. HELPP!
andd okayy me and this guy have been now going out for 2 weeeks and havent kissed. can the girl kiss the guy or whatt? :/
&& if yes what can you do? i just dont want to kiss him out of the blue. WHATT DO I DO?!!

i was wondering:
how many times do you have to meet a guy (if you don't go to his school) before you are an option for him liking you?
i've met this one guy twice. once was when my friend invited me to go to the movies with her and her friends (he was one of them). we didn't talk that much. the second time was the next week, at the same friend's bday party. we sat next to eachother on multiple occasions.
am i on his radar now? i think i might like him but is that just naive?

Halloween Party Situation

So i had an idea to host a halloween party with my friend mariola. i want her to invite her friends, who i've met twice. it kind of ended up as me planning a party at her house, and now i feel guilty. i don't want her to say no or to force her mom to cook dinner for 12 extra people!! what should i do? all we've done is briefly talk about it// joke around. advice?

There's this boy that i really like and want to get to know better. He gave me his IM and we were talking today for the first time but we didnt have much to talk about. i know this is kinda a stupid question but i want us to get close and become really good friends. i know that comes with time but what can we do to become better friends. my question in case u didnt catch it is wha should we talk about? i've heard of games where you take turns asking questions with each other but would he think thats stupid? last time me and my gf had sex, i lasted about 5 minutes, luckily i broguht 2 johnies and the second time was the same. its only evere been like this once before...i was gutted and embarressed and she knows i can do longer n better but i needed to come dead quick, but she said being the wonderful gf she is :p its alrite it was good enough for me. but to be honest im haunted by it. i aint braggin but i must have shagged way more than 100 times and ive never lasted so short, i cant understand why has this happen???

mmy best friend (let's call her Jammie) well Jamie Tells me that my best guy friend (let's call him will) has been totally and madly in love with me since sixth grade. I thought that she was just messin with me, but then Will tells me that what she said is actually true! I don't want to turn him down because we have such a good friendship, and honestly i am not sure that i don't like him. But i do know that i like Will's best friend george!!!!!
