How do you apply eyeliner? whenever i try, i get like a strip of skin between my lash line and the line of eyeliner. also, is there a subtle way to wear eyeliner, ie for school?

Then use a smugder or Q-Tip, and smudge it out to the end of your lash line. But only first apply it about 2/3 of the way towards the corner of your eye closest to your nose. Hope I helped.
