Okay so I'm usually an 'A' student but 8 months ago my mother died and I've really been depressed for a while. I just started high school (9th grade) and my first semester grades were four B's and three A's. And now I realized that I really need to pick up my grades. I've always wanted to go to Harvard and since everything that has happened...I haven't been paying much attention to school. So if I get all A's for next semester and the rest of my three years do I still stand a chance of getting into an Ivy League school?

ok at my school there are only freshmen and sophmores and im a sophmore. but theres this freshmen and i really like him. hes so cute and nice and funny. and idk if its weird for me to like him i mean is the age differance too much? i know some people date people who are more than a year apart but i mean with so few kids idk if it would be just too awkward.

i need help with itunes.

earlier today my computer randomly shut down while my itunes was opened & whenever i started my computer back up, i kept getting this notice about itunes not being able to run.
so when i opened my itunes, everything was gone. all my music, pictures, and playlists.
so i restarted my computer again, and got this system notice that i needed to run a disk check. so i did & it gave me an error message saying that my itunes was deleting.
when my computer loaded fully, nothing had changed, except my music & everything was still not on my itunes.
the music/pictures are still on my computer but no longer on itunes.
i don't know how to restore everything.
& if i plug my...

Me and my boyfriend have recently started having sex. We are very much in love and looked over the concequences if anything wrong were to happen. We have done it around 12 times... But it doesn't really feel good! Like it just doesn't feel as good as like, if he were to finger me.

hooks on braces

The hook on my braces on the left side of my mouth keeps snagging on the side of my mouth. Like whenever I yawn or chew, it hooks on the side of my cheek. Now there's like a sore there. I tried the wax my orthodontist gave me, but it doesn't work for it. I also tried putting little wads of tissue between the hook and mouth, which worked, but whenever I eat, I end up swallowing the tissue wad, and it also bulges, making a little bump where it is. Any advice on how to make it stop snagging?

downloading games to my phone

when I try to buy a game off cingular.com, and I click 'buy' and put in my phone number, it sends a text message with a link to my phone so that I can get the game. when I try and open the link it says SUBSCRIBE TO DATA PACKET FIRST and it just closes it off. Can I still buy a game even though my phone isn't web enabled?

Abortion...your opinion.

Lately my school has been talking to us about abortion. They think it's wrong and I'm not sure about it. I'm NOT pregnant, but there are girls in my school who are and each of them has said they wish they would have had an abortion. I think it's wrong, but it could also be for the best if one was to have an abortion.
Please voice your opinions on abortion. I would love to hear everything you have to say about it.

high school working papers?

do we need to go to our high school counselors to get working papers? or is taht only for people 16 yrs old. im 17. what do i do if i wanna work at some ice craem store for example. i dont have previous experience. do i just walk in and ask some random person who works there if they are still hiring? then what happens? i get papers, fill them out, return, and wait for a call back? do all jobs require interviews? if so, what do they ask you? because the form usually asks all the necessary questions. any tips for interviews?
