Shoulder pain, neck pain, headache

A few days ago i started getting pain in my shoulder. It hurts alot when I try to pick things up, even as small as a jug of water. Today its traveled to my neck and I have a headache as well. Does anyone know what this could be?

nail salon?

So, the other day I was getting my nails done and the woman was from a different country - she was asian, which is really common...but she said something and I COULD not understand her at alll. I asked a few times, "What? I dont understand." But she got kind of mad and I felt terrible because she was obviously trying really hard. She repeated herself like 8 times and I still did not understand. Just wondering what I should do in the future? Is there some kind of etiquette you should use when getting your nails done?

ok well here is the thing i dated this guy ok and well i broke up with him but he was really sweet to me and stuff but i wast ready for a relationship and i told him athat and everything and he got all upset and what not and then he asked my best friend out and she said yes but then he like really hurt her and now i need a song i can play for him to show him how much me and her both hate him and i already have the song hate by plaint white ts but i need somthing else

How do you gauge your nose?

My nose was pierced with a 18g stud. Apparently, it was misleading. I bought a hoop nose ring that was 18g and I couldn't get it in. So how do you gauge it? From a 20g to a 18g? Someone told me to shove it in but it's not even that easy. I don't want to use a needle or safety pin since i'm allergic. And I can't find many 20g hoop rings. I don't even know if I'm a 20g. I bought studs that said 18g too. I just don't get it :[
Should I trust Ebay to buy a ring from there?

I simply cannot trust my boyfriend. and now this friday i will not be in town and god only knows what he is going to do. he has a crush on his best girl friend and he says he doesnt. he has cheated on me already and lies. but i havent broken up with him. we have been together a year and we decided that we are going to start over and now the next couple of weeks i am not going to see him every second of everyday because i have other things i have to do. and i am afraid. afraid of being hurt my this man that i am in love with. he is going to hang out with his best girl friend without me, everyday. i dont know what to do. how do i get past this and not care so much about what he does? I JUST DO NOT WANT TO CARE ANYMORE, I DO NOT WANT TO CRY EV...

Life Dilemma

im 15 and it seems like nothing i do is right anymore, i try to keep ontop of everything -- schoolwork, a social life, and all the time i just feel an empty space inside of me, and i feel almost like lonely? can anyone relate?
i think if i had a relationship, with a guy, where we can talk and just know eachother so well, and not necessarily a boyfriend, but preferably. the only thing is, im so bad as talking to people, i always over analyze every word that comes out of their mouth, and i always assume and they always mean more to me then i ever will to them.. and i dont feel atractive at all, i dont know what to do, and i really need some help right now, please!

What would be the best method for piercing my own tongue web.
I know you're gonna say it's stupid and self piercing is bad.
I have quite a lot of experience in self piercing. I use gloves, make everything sterile and also use proper needles.
I haven't found much information about this piercing, but I love it.
I can't afford to go to a proper place, and I prefer self piercing.
Don't ''give advice'' if you're gonna say something like it's stupid!! Ewww Don't do it yourself.. etc.

okay so im on my second week of the second pack of ortho tryclen lo, and ive been having unprotected sex(but he pulls out) since the 11th day of the 1st pack, now i have two questions,once im done with the first pack, am i protected right away or do i have to wait 7 days again?, and my second question is, i want him to start "going" inside me, what is the chance of getting pregnant?

I just broke up with this wonderful guy after 2 years and 4 months of dating. and I don't know how to get over this.
He was my first true love (as corny as that sounds) and we had all these plans to do together, to be together.
But he and I had a roller coaster relationship.
He is bipolar and schizophrenic, and has a whole boatload of other mental problems (but won't take his medication), and I took care of him when he had all his court stuff, and when he was in the hospital for 2 1/2 months.
I was the one who bent over backwards to make his life easier and so he would be happy.
But he wanted so much to live his life the way he wanted.
But that meant promiscuous sex, and drugs...

I'm in an interesting situation with someone. We've been talking to each other for a month or so about being in a relationship, but not really. Makeup doesn't set on my face.

Alright, it doesn't matter what kind of make up I use, it never seems to set on my face right. I don't use a lot, and it just makes my face look powdery. At the moment I have Loreal Bare Naturale...it's been working better. Oh, and I also sometimes use Loreal True Match Liquid Foundation. But can anyone give any tips?

i had sex for the first time with my boyfriend who i love, he wasnt being tough or aggressive and he did it as gently as he could, but when i got home i began bleeding like crazy, when we were fucking, it hurt alot, but not to the point where i was gonna die, and i also did it on the last day of my period, but then for the past 4 days ive been bleeding, like everytime i wiped, it wasnt just a spot, it was a quite a wiping if you get me. We did it twice, but it was short, and i just stopped. I wonder if its weird that i bled so much, i thought it would be a little spotting, not a pudddle. Can you tell me what was the cause for it? did i get a small vaginal tear, becuase i was really tight and shit.please help me

im 15/f turning 16 in about a month. i think i have a serious problem, well serious for me hah. so i will think that one kid is like the hottest kid ever, and then once he shows interests me, im turned off completely. like i'll get really excitd for the first couple of days talking with him, but then after that i just get not interestd anymore. this has happened in many occasions before, and it's not like i DONT want a boyfriend, because i do ( i dont fear commitment or anything). it really weird, but like i would feel more comforatble if a guy was just like, hey lets hook up, instead of like, hey lets hang out so we can get to know each other. whats wrong with this?!
