i was over at my friends house yesterday and she changed her home page on myspace to have a background. not a layout for her profile, but when she logs in, where it shows all of her updates and bullitens, you know. how do i get mine to do this? she said that there was a link on the top of the page before, but we can't find it any longer. could somebody help me out on this one?

i'm looking for a .rm converter.
i work a mac os x intel system (MacPro) and can't find a converter anywhere.................. please someone help...... i already have audacity, switch dvd ripper and soundtrack pro and none of them support .rm......

clothes air dry system

Whenever i put my clothes in the dryer, my shirts shrink and become too short. Its very upsetting. I want to try some kind or air drying or ventilation sysmtem. I saw a commercial for one where it would just air dry the clothes.. like there were mesh racks and you drape the clothes over them. I remember so little about it, that its been really hard to try to google. Does anyone know about any clothes air drying systems?? Or anything like that? That would be great. Thanks.

Long Distance Relationship..Dilemma

Well to start off i'm 17/M and my girlfriend is 16/F
About 6 months ago we met online and we liked each other from the start. Around four months later we figured out a way to meet..Which was really hard because I live in Virginia and she lives in Connecticut. So we met at a hockey game for her birthday..Well we really loved each other in person so we decided to go out and figure out a way to make this work for us. Around a month later, during Christmas break, my dad let me take a train to CT to spend a few days with her. Her family liked me and we had the best time ever. The problem is..I had hopes of going to college in CT so I could be closer to her and the distance would no longer be a problem. Well my dad says he wants me...

I am 14/f and i really want some pretty bras and underwear. the pretty fancy kind. mine r just regular and plain. my friends all have pretty ones too and i would just be really happy if i could have some. i also have a boyfriend tho and i dont want them for him-im not taking him anywhere right now haha so i dont want my mom getting the wrong idea plus i just dont know how in the world to tell her. and i want ones like from Victoria's Secret but my mom might think it innapropriate and uneccesary for a 14 yr old girl to shop there. Anywhere else i could go? Sometimes i get cute ones from Kohl's but most of the time my mom gets some for me. I need a bigger cup anyway tho so we are probably going to go buy some. i just need to know what to say. thanx so much :]

hair colouring

ok, so i have blonde hair with red streaks, and im gunna dye it back to a light blonde myself...if i do will my hair turn out orange??? i don't want to bleach it first because my hair is ruined really easily, i heard that you can spray lemon juice in it and then leave it and wash it, is that true?
please help fast i am dying it with a friend in 2 days! oh and i want to do the upper half blonde and bottom half brown...do i just hold up the top half with a ponytail and clip while i dye the bottom? or is there more to it?

does it really work??
and if does, does it work really good for a certain skin type??
and if your not sure about clean and clear, do you know any products that get rid of marks from pimples and get rid of blemiches??

okay so to get one thing staright
I DO NOT HAVE HERPIES
but i've recently been having these bumps on my face
like around my mouth and lip
it's not like i've never broken out before
but never like this
and usually i can get rid of them pretty fast
but these are taking longer to get rid of them
i don't know what's wrong??
are they like normal bumps/blackheads??
and there not like i can pop them so i'm guessing there like white/blackheads

and i want a flat stomach
like my stomach's not flat i just have a pouch
like i want abs but i don't want them as big as a guys
and i've heard either sit ups or crunches don't help it makes your pouch worse/bigger
and it can also make you have a bad back
but i can't member which on it is
what other excericies(sp) can i do??
and do crunches and situps really help??

I love mini skirts with sequins.
I love jeans with cool designs.
I love shirts with different crazy colors and styles.
But really, Abercrombie&Fitch, Pacsun, and American Eagle just don't cater to my style!
I'm looking for a store that has really .. fashionable clothes, for cheapish.
I love sequins and flashy styles.
I love to look fashionable.

I need help. To start of there are two guys that i really like and they like me also and one guy is always tryin to get to know me better but at the same time he keeps trying to get in my jeans and i'm not sure if he totally respects my wishes and at the same time he cares about me so much and he like calls me every day and things like that and he's more like a boyfriend than just a dude that i like. and well the other guy is not as caring and nurchring as he should be but he respects my wishes and he likes me alot too but he hardly ever calls me. and well ima put it this way he's a great kisser.

Well , lets just say i let my jelousy take complete control over myself . Me and my boyfriend have been dating for almost a year now [ in a bout a month anna half we will be ] . But i am still just as jelous and insecure as i was just starting to get in the relationship . I seriously don't know why i am , he has not done anything to make me feel like i shouldn't trust him , or be mad when he talks to girls , but i just am ! i hate when he talks to other girls but then i again he doesnt like [ certain ] boys but he has a reason as so do i . But i just need help because im scared if i havent gotten over it in a year where the hell is it going to stop ? Morning Announcements.

Typically, I'm an anchor for the morning announcements at my high school, however I know I've failed to keep the viewer's attention.
Can I have some tips on how to be more personable?
ie: I always lose interest once the other person starts talking when I really should be flashing a smile at the camera during that time.
Also, what are some good ways to hold back laughter to avoid excess recording?
