Sequins aren't really in right now, not saying that they are ugly but more like metallics are in but not on mini skirts on dresses and hand bags. I suggest you look at the following stores, some things are pricy other things are fair prices:
GhoulOnParade answered Monday January 21 2008, 11:54 pm: As metioned before definitely Charlotte Russe or thrift shops.
The great thing about thrift shops is that usually, if you get something from there almost nobody will have the same thing as you. :]
So that's my suggestion. [ GhoulOnParade's advice column | Ask GhoulOnParade A Question ]

Kohl's has a lot of wicked nice tops that aren't "just like everything else" and also have amazing clearance sections. Also, JC Penney, macy's, etc. (for jeans especially), and Aeropostale.
Have you checked out thrift stores? You can get some wicked awesome stuff there if you look around for awhile. Plus, a lot of the stuff there is barely worn & looks new.
