bacne (Back acne) QUICK!

Ok so i got this dress like a month ago and now it's time for prom. its strapless and for prom i'm wearing my hair up. Well about a week ago my back broke out sooooo bad. I have like a terrible rash looking thing but its not a rash its zits everywhere! they are so ugly! how do i get rid of them quick? oh and my dress was like $1500 so don't tel me to take the dress back. thanks!

my face is wicked shiny! yeah, mostly it's my forehead. and in pictures it looks so retarded. what can i put on my face to make it less shiny??

March 31, weight loss/tone-up!

On March 31, (that's my deadline) I have a dance competition, and WE ARE GOING SWIMMING! I would like to lose a little because I understand the consequences of losing like 10 pounds when I weigh 115. I just want to be very in shape and skinny, at the same time if you know what I mean. If there is a diet plan and an excercise plan somewhere out there and you could give it to me, that would be great! Again, deadline is March 31!

Girl problem

This might seem gross but ever since i was a little girl I've had discharge and now its gotten really bad and I have a bad gross odor to it
I've had the odor since 6 maybe or even before that and I'm 14 now.
I'm afraid to douche just because I'm really uncomfortable with it and I think I should go to the gynecoligist now that I'm over 13 but I guess I've been a little self conscious about it but it something it really wrong with me I should go
Could this be an infection or a serious problem?

trouble with tampons

alright, so ive had my period for half a year now and 2 months ago i tried putting a tampon in. it went in, but now i cant do it anymore. it hurts alot, and i guess its by popping my cherry.
are there any ways or tips for putting a tampon in?

ok well i have 10 hours of sleep everyday but two years ago I was depressed for a week and got these bags under my eye but then my sleep pattern went to normal (sleeping gets rid of the bangs..) but it's been 2 years now and it still hasn't gone away and I'm 13 so I don't think i should be getting it right now what's wrong with me and are there any natural ways to hlep this? im poor and female

Does that mean that he didn't use any acne medicatin and just washed his face with water?
So does that mean I can stop using acne medication from the doctor and just wash my face with water?

this may be weird
but i really need to know.
and im to like embaressed to tell my mom, or a doctor or friend ect.
if anybody knows..
well on, down there, outside of the "lip" or w/e you want to call it.
I have a bump under the skin, with another like smaller red little like gooey bump ontop of it.
it sounds weird, but i really dont know what it is
Does anyone have idea
Im still a virgin, i shaved down there a few times but not right where it is.

Im 15 and this will be like my fourth or fifth period and i didnt get it last month. there is no way i could be pregnant, cause im not active. Is this bad or should i just wait a few more days. it usually comes like the 23 or something

im 16/f. and i live in australia.
i was at the beach yesterday waiting for my bf to finish surfing. we were there for 4 hours and i didnt have any sunscreen on. im absolutely red raw!! ive put on aloe vera as soon as i got home aswell as a number of times since yesterday. i also had a cold shower yesterday. i have to go to school tomorrow looking like this and im praying i dont peel.
does anyone hae any advice? i cant hardly lie down coz it really hurts!! help!

Losing weight

im 14/f about 5'3" or 5'4" and around 125 pounds. i just want to lose a little bit of fat, which my guess is about 5 or 10 pounds. i want to drop those pounds at least by summer. im trying out for lacrosse in 2 weeks, i dont know if i will make it because i have a blood disorder (thalassemia) its a type of anemia it just makes me get tired a lot faster than everyone else but i have been in training for about 12 weeks and for the most part i did alright. i think that would be good exercise if i make it, but if i dont, or for when i dont have practice, are there any good cardio exercises you would recommend that wont wear me out as fast as running? or will they all be equally hard? and for food, i find myself snacking a lot af...

What is wrong, I haven't gotten my period yet?

I'm 14/F. The last time I got my period was the first two weeks of January. Now it's early March. I haven't gotten my period latley. My breasts are sore, that is all. I don't have abdomnial pains either. Also, I haven't been been doing sexual intercourse. I'm really nervous, what is wrong?
I got my period when I turned 12...now it's about 2 1/2 years since I've got it. Can my period still me irregular?
