trouble with tampons
alright, so ive had my period for half a year now and 2 months ago i tried putting a tampon in. it went in, but now i cant do it anymore. it hurts alot, and i guess its by popping my cherry.
are there any ways or tips for putting a tampon in?

My mom got me these teen tampon things and there really tiny, no bigger than my pinkie and i used them for a while but eventually you move up to bigger sizes. it took me two years to do this. try putting one foot on a toilet and putting the tampon in. but relax. if it doesn't go in it'll go in sooner or later.

maybe the tampon you are using is too big? for me it helps alot when i am relaxed, like i take a deep breath or something then the tampon goes in easily..you could try that..

Im told you are supposed to squat a little while doing it. And i dont mean sitting on the toilet. Try reading the tampon instructions on the paper.
