try a light kelly green at the base of your eyelashes. it looks really nice.

wear pink champaign, it will bring out the color of your eyes. use black liner and black mascara. it will open up your eyes.

wear black eyeliner
or an eyeshadow that is a dark color
they will make your blue eyes stand out
or you can put a little bit of blush on your cheeks too since you have pale skin
but dark eyeliner or eyeshadow will owkr well for you!

if you have light blue eyes you should wear blue eyliner with blue eyeshadow. however if you have dark blue eyes, just wear light brown/darkblue eyeliner. and no eyeshadow!
