mitzi answered Sunday March 4 2007, 4:25 pm: It's more than a bump. It's a red open sore or sore usually but not always on the mouth or giniatals. If a person has herpes they will have outbreaks that come and go. There is no cure for herpes. You can get herpes from skin to skin contact. Don't be passing out kisses or give or receive oral sex. If a man has herpes and performs oral sex on you you can get genital herpes. If a woman has oral herpes and performs oral sex on a man he can get genital herpes. Herpes is not limitted to the mouth or genitals. It's possible to have herpes on your big toe. Herpes can also be painful so I've read. If you want to see a pic of herpes go to yahoo images. Hope you only see a pic on the internet and not in real life. If you ever see a man who you think has herpes RUN!!!
The only difference between true love and herpes is that herpes is forever.
You can get a blood test from a dr. if you ask. Most dr.'s don't test for herpes unless you ask for it and have symptoms.
Hope you never come near it. [ mitzi's advice column | Ask mitzi A Question ]
Depressed_Poet answered Sunday March 4 2007, 4:18 pm: Herpes (pronounces herpies) is a sexually transmitted disease that causes warts (could be on genitals), bumps, and sores. You can get it through oral sex too, no exceptions!
You can get them in the back of your throat too which causes terrible sore throats throughout the rest of your life because there's no cure.
The warts, bumps, and sores stay for the rest of your life! [ Depressed_Poet's advice column | Ask Depressed_Poet A Question ]
