i need to get my stomache thin by the end of this month i rlly hate running and crunches. is there anything else i can posisbly do?thnx for ur helP!!

Try swimming. Like running, it's a full body workout, but it's much easier on you. But remember, don't just goof off in the pool. Swim laps.
