LM answered Sunday March 4 2007, 1:13 pm: Tea bags. The cheaper, the better. Black tea contains high levels of tannin, which reduced puffiness and bags under the eyes. The tea bags will still have the desired effect AFTER they're used to make tea. Just cool them off first.
Other good methods are cucumber slices (Chilled) and cold spoons (sounds weird, but it does help) Just take two metal spoons & put them in the fridge for awhile, then hold them under your eyes.
If you're going the makeup route, dab liquid foundation (whipped forms work okay too but the liquid's easier to blend) and dab a little under your eyes. Blend it well and finish with loose or pressed poweder.
:)
EDIT: No, don't rub the stuff inside the bag on your eyes. You'll get some IN your eye and it'll sting a lot. Just put the bags over your eyes and lay down for awhile. [ LM's advice column | Ask LM A Question ]
