On March 31, (that's my deadline) I have a dance competition, and WE ARE GOING SWIMMING! I would like to lose a little because I understand the consequences of losing like 10 pounds when I weigh 115. I just want to be very in shape and skinny, at the same time if you know what I mean. If there is a diet plan and an excercise plan somewhere out there and you could give it to me, that would be great! Again, deadline is March 31!

For now on, just eat healthy, no more junk food, drink alot of water, and have a couple of fruits or veggies a day.
As for excercizing, your already doing that in dance, but doing a couple of crunches and going for a walk(or a jog which eva you prefer) would help. My mom walks everynight with a few of her friends that live on the block and she lost ALOT of weight because of it and she looks really good.
Another thing that will help you is feeling fresh and clean. After you shower, wash your face again and use something that will help your skin. use lotion and brush your teeth 3 times a day. Try to get to bed a little on the early side. You should be in bed by 10 30 the latest if your excersizing. All of that will make you feel good about your self and your apperance and will get you in the work-out mood and you will feel better in general.
