I want to tone up before the summer months hit. Any good ideas?
I also want to lose some weight because I am overweight. Any good diet plans I can do. But I am in school for almost all day. I'm also working put 30 mins a day but I think I need
more excersies.

to lose weight

Hey all!
I'm 5'4, 145 lbs, but mostly muscle and boobs. I really want to lose some weight. I'm running track, so there is my exercise. About how many calories should I take in, and how many laps should I run at track to be burning more calories then what I;m taking in. THANKS!

idk if its normal or not, but usually my panties are wet at the end of the day when im going to take a shower. like its a yellowish color.... is this normal?... like does it happen to every girl?

I hooked up with this gorgeouss junior a couple weeks okay. We've been friends since the beginging of the year (I'm a freshman; girl). 16/f. alright. so today in school, we had lunch (as we always do) and my boyfriend has my lunch. apparently, so does his girlfriend. i usually wait for my boyfriend at a specific spot and we all meet up there (a group) to sit and socialize and stuff. well, today...i didn't see my boyfriend coming for a while. and i was standing with my friends. and i see him walk towards us..but he stops at where his ex girlfriend was sitting. he sees that im there, he makes eye contact with me, yet he goes to his girlfriend, says hi, kisses her (like as a hello)...and starts talking to her. without saying hello to me first. he talks to her for about 20 minutes..and then he comes and says hello to me as if he just saw me...yet he meets with us everyday. wha...

Theres guy Ive liekd for a year and something nowww. And he use to like me when we were both in middle school but now hes in highschool and hes changed so much and hes being an asshole to me all of a suddden. But when we liked eachother, we hooked up and we did a little more then making out but not sex or anything. But that was the first time ive ever done somehthing like that with anyone. same old hair

i need some hair ideas. i've had the same hair forever, like the same cut. i have medium, lenght but past my shoulders hair and side bangs. i don't know what to do with it. it seems like all there is, is side bangs you know?
i'd say i have an oval shaped face.
across the forehead bangs didn't really work for me.
even if it's a different style you can suggest?
i normally wear it straight because my hair doesn't hold curls well unfortuneately. i scrunch it sometimes but i'm sick of it. and i've tried going short but i really hated it and i'm trying to grow out my hair. i know i sound picky but i don't know what to do! anything you can suggest would be awesome, thanks =D

This is more of a rant than a question but whatever, I need your opinions anyway.
Do any of you ever get tired of being the "always-there friend"? I don't mean clingy. Like, you're always there for your friends-- whenever they have a problem, need someone to talk to, to hang out with, whatever, you're always there for them. And I'm fine with that. But whenever I make a really good friend, they find a better one, more fun, more something, whatever, and hang out with them, until the new best friend either makes a new best friend themself or can't make plans on a weekend, THEN I'm called. My Relationship With Jesus & God.

I am 15 years old. I am Catholic and I really need help from other Christians.
I love going to church and I love praying. It just makes me feel so great to see all of the people who have close relationships with Jesus.
I believe in Jesus but the sad thing is is that I never have actually "felt" him like some describe it. I am always wondering, "Am I doing something wrong?"
I need your help. How did you guys get a relationship with Jesus?

Stretch marks

I'm almost sure I'm starting to get stretch marks on my inner arms and I don't know what to do. I already have them on my legs...so getting them on my arms is like the last straw.
I feel so frantic and I want to use lotion and stuff on them but I'm not sure if it would even help since they're starting to come in. You can barely see them unless you really look...but I don't know that theres anything I can do at this point.
I know lotion helps the elasticity, but is it too late? I'm really scared. I know its just vanity, but I feel like I should be allowed to have a couple unscarred parts of my body. I'm not even overweight x.x
Pleaaase please help. My mom is being so useless about this.

Ex/Prom/Boyfriend

So I dated a guy over the summer and we ended everything once school started because he lives about 2 hours away. we hardly ever talk now and he just ended about a 4-month relationship with a girl from his school. however, over the summer he mentioned that he would like to go to prom with me (before we ended everything and before he dated someone else). it took me a while to get over him. But now, I have been going out with a guy since the end of February and he asked me to prom sometime in early feb. I am hearing things from a couple people that he is a man whore and i am finding out things he was done to girls. This makes me wonder but i haven't talked to him about it yet.
