14[15 in july]/female. i was wondering if their was anyway that i could like tighten my butt up a little bit. and go down from like a 3 to a one again because i went from a 0-3 in just 1 school year, 9-10 months?. i run track and we do alot of ab work outs but i dont think that will help me out that much, any suggestions?

i need something that REALLY really works ..im not even used to this i0ve never been one of those persons with lots os acne on the face ..but now all of a sudden i do!!! and i dont know i've tried anythings and i went to the dermatologist and its been 5 month and i havent improved that much!!! please help

hanging out with a guy

theres this guy i like and we are hanging out tomorrow at the mall with a group of people and i want to be able to do something fun so that we dont get bored. anyone got any ideas on what to do at the mall thats fun where i can talk more to this guy and get to know him better. i want him to see that i am a nice and funny person so maybe he'll like me haha. thanx =]

okay so me and my boyfriend have been dating for awhile, but i saw in his phone, how some guy was texting him. he was questioning something about my boyfriends myspace. he said something about his "baby" on his myspace. so the guy asked him if this so called "baby" was his little sister {ashanti.} and my boyfriend replied yes, and how he has been wanting to get with her, and he want to wife her up, and all this crap. so we broke up, for good. Was that at all the right thing to do?

Prom

I'm going to prom for the very first time soon and I was wondering if you had any prom advice? Like any advice in general? I always hear girls talk about humiliating things that happen because they weren't well-prepared. I always hear, "Ohh i wish I did this" or "Oh i wish I had when I needed it..."
so to anyone who has had a prom experience, what advice can you give me?

I just bought my cat a second litterbox and it has a cover and a door flap to get in. her regular box is in the laundry room and we have to open the door for her so she can use it. she will not use this new covered litter pan...i have showed her many times and everytime I put her in there she runs away. i caught her peeing on the carpet. normally she is great with using the pan, but no she is not. I cannot have an uncovered one because of dogs and children. how can i get her to use the new pan?

im so confused i dont know what to do. i like 2 guys. one i have liked for 5 years(dustin) and one i have liked for about 2 or 3 years(justin) both have told me they love me.justin still does but ever since dustin has talked to his mom and his mom has gotten in the middle of us dustin doesnt say it anymore. dustin wants to take it slow and justin is willing to wait for me. but im just i dont know wat to do. i love them both but its just so hard. i have to wait to go out with dustin but i dont have to for justin but if i did he would wait for me. i need help HOW DO YOU CHOOSE THE RIGHT GUY!?

I have a Motorola ROKR, and I can download the ringtones fine from myxertones.com, but I can't apply them as a ringtone. Under File Details, it says Forwarding is possible but Applying it as a Ringtone isn't. Are there any settings I can change or something to make it apply the songs as a ringtone.

PSP DNS Error

Something is wrong with my PSP everytime I try to internet browse. The connections was successful but when I attempt to browse the internet I get something like a DNS error (80140...something like that.) Anyone know whats the problem?

I've been on the pill for nearly a year now. From the first month, everything was fine. I had my whole schedule down so no surprises. But I've started to gain nearly 15 pounds in water weight and it happens before and after the period week. I can't find any comfortable jeans and now I have PMS. I've had my period for years and never experienced PMS before. I didn't know I was that bad until people told me. I don't even want to see my friends because of it. It's just constant mood swings and i know it's affecting my relationships and work. I can't concentrate at all. I've been thinking about switching to YAZ.. but when I looked it up online.. and the bad experiences worried me.. I'll like to hear some experiences from here. Does it really af...

i was laying in my boyfriends lap, my head kinda on his stomach but he was sitting up. and he started fingering me, and he has many times before but this time was different, i don't know why but it was like it was so good my body went into shock, i didn't moan or breathe heavily like usual, i just had trouble swallowing. and after that i sat up and we started making out, and in the middle of making out, i started crying.
i have no idea, it wasn't a bad cry really, i wasn't sad, i just started crying.

I've known this woman for many years. In fact, I am and always have been very much in love with her, but since she was happily married I have always kept my stronger feelings to myself.
I say "WAS happily married" because about six months ago, her husband died after a long illness. I have comforted her as a friend, but so far that is all I have done. I want very much to tell her of my deeper feelings, but I'm not sure when it would be appropriate.

Ok, I got a graphics tablet for christmas. It's one of these:

anyway, over spring break, a virus came and I lost all of my computer files and everything. I had to start all over, since I never took a software picture ((I think that's what it's called?)). So, I discovered that I lost the disk that came with the tablet, so I can't re-instal it! Is there anyway I can download it, or possibly get a new disk? Thanks!
