It doesn't take <i>alot</i> of editing, but I suppose it takes a bit. The simplest way to do that is to actually have a real Polaroid camera and just take like, a panorama shot. Buut, of course you could just use a Polaroid border in Photoshop. [:

for one, it takes a lot of editing & you have to be really, really good at photoshop.
atually, it is only one big picture, that they have just divided into smaller ones & added the polaroid border.

if you're interested in trying to do that, download photofiltre & practice around.
you'll eventually figure it out. if i can, you can :]
