Alright so i've been working out in my school gym for a couple days now for like 45 minutes do you think if i'm eating healthier and and working out in the gym for an hour everyday after school or maybe only like 3 days a week if i could lose like say 5 pounds or more within like two weeks i mean is it a realistic like diet or whatever

i cant stop thinking about him

i dont know if i like my ex friend or not, but ever since we have been going our seperate ways, i cant stop thinking about him.
he likes me, we both know this becase he has told me many times.
i always tell him i dont want anything more from him than a friendship. but now i dont even have that.
i want to think that the only reason why im thinking abouit him so much is because i miss the attention i got from him. what girl doesnt like attention right?
i mean if i really wanted him, i could have him. so i dont think that i am into him.
what do you guys think?
am i just craving the attention that i used to get?

First, I am a virgin, so I do not have STD's, AIDS, HIV, or any sort of sexually transmitted disease, UNLESS somehow I was born with it.
For two weeks now, everytime I go to the bathroom, it hurts REALLY bad. It burns, and I usually end up crying. Today I began feeling really irritated down there, and it feels like it's a piercing feeling from the inside. I do not know how to explain the feeling exactly, but it doesn't feel good. I just got my period today so I do not know if it is because of that.
And I have gotten a rash lately on my arm, and it is spreading.
What might this be and is there something I can do or buy beside going to the doctor?

I'm 16/F and I have never had a boyfriend nor have I ever been on a real date. I think that is really unusual. I mean, people have said I am nice, smart, and sometimes funny, maybe shy at times but usually outgoing. I may not be the prettiest girl around but I rarely show a lack in self-confidence. So, what can I do to make guys more interested in me? And is this really unusual?

ok so i liked this guy chris for a while and i guess recently his best friend started likeing me. so on a survey on myspace i wrote that i did like someone, but didnt write who. so chris's best friend IMed me asking who it was i liked and i said i wasnt going to answer because i could tell that his best friend liked me too and didn't want to hurt his feelings. anyways, his best friend ended up getting very mad that i didnt tell him and yelled at me and was mad at me for 2 days. does anyone know why he would get so mad over this ? and now i'm starting to realize that his best friend is the person i actually do like but i think he doesn't like me anymore? i don't know. help!

i am going out with this guy named Drew and my best friend Mariah is not friends with him and Mariah and drew both want to spend time with me and that is really hard at school. Mariah is in 3 of my classes and drew is not in any of my classes. Maraih and i have gooten in alot of fights lately cuz she thinks that i am not spending that much time with her. but i am. What should i do???

i really like my legs, like im not afraid to show them off. well my thighs yes but megs no. but this year, you can see i guess what would be the pores? i shaved last night cause its nice today and once again they just got a little better but by the end of the day they are back to normal. it it because of the razoe (its not like razor burn or anything, its like under the skin and i dont feel them) and its only fom my knees down. what cann i do to get rid of it or prevent it next time i shave

Birth Control

I just got on birth control a month ago.. I have took all the blue pills and three of the green pills in the center.. I know this is really gross, but over the past couple of days i've been bleeding like brown blood instead of red cus by now I should of already started my period.. The only person i've told is my mom and she said she would take me to the doctor if it didnt get better.. But i dont wanna go unless its something bad.. I'm so scared and dont know what to do cus I dont want to be pregant if thats what it is. But i have no clue... Has this ever happen to anyone else? Or does anyone have any ideas what it might be? Thanks so much..

Ive been hanging out with her for a long time and when i was younger i told her i loved her, but i rushed it. Now things are different, we hang out like all the time and have alot of fun. Im so deeply in love with her and im afraid of asking her out. Last night i had adream about asking her and she said no, i was crushed. A couple of nights ago when i was driving her home i kissed her on the cheek when she gave me a hug, i was to nervous to see how she reacted. The next day nothing happened, it was like that kiss ment nothing. I saw the jewelery box i made her in my younger years and it made me think. I want to ask her so bad but im to afraid of messing up our friendship. what do i do? plz help me!

For the past few nights it was really weird.
like i would have a dream i was on the phone
then when i wake up i dont relize till like 5 secounds later it was a dream.. so when i wake up, I dont hear anyone talking so i say "Hello? are you there?" and my right hand is by my ear as if i was holding the phone, then relize its not in my hand.. There was nothing there. haha i think i talk in my sleep. .. but is that kinda thing normal?
