hymen or cervix ? cramps

like i put my finger up in me before and theres this hard thing in me about 3 inches up and it hurts when i touch it .. it has been giving me cramps and pain the dr has took 2 ultrasounds xray blood and nothing has been found.. as anything what could this be?[also im a virgin]

i know i'm PMSing since i'm going to get my period in a couple days, so i'm starting to PMS. i'm REALLY irritable and i am mad right now for no reason. i could scream and cry i'm so pissed, even though it's for no reason! i'm in such a bad mood and no one wants to be around me because i can be such a bi*** when i'm PMSing. what can i do to not be so aggrivated?

How do braces(for teeth) get taken off and does it hurt at all? I've asked my dentist but he never answers me... If you could help that would be great cause i am kinda scared to get them off.

Vaginal infection?

okay so recently, everytime I went to the washroom, my vagina would BURN SOOO MUCH. I masterbated with a tampon cap and the top of the tampon had like hard blastic and made like

/\ <---that shape kinda.. and I think it scrached my vagina/ like the inside...
what should I do?? I dont want to tell my mom! what do u think could help it?

OK, so I just got my period today and I have a yeast infection. ((!!!!)) My mom said that if I don't have itching inside my vigina I shouldn't put the cream in it. So I'm not.
What stinks is I'm going to the Lake of the Ozarks with a friend and her family and mine.
So my question is...can I use a tampon?? since I just started???
And will it hurt?

Keeping my breath

What's a good way to keep my breath while running?
I'm super fast at short distance but when it comes to long distance, well that's a different story. I just can't keep my breath for very long and I get really tired. I just wanna be able to keep a steady jog for about a mile or two.
So are there any runners on this site that know some good techniques?

Peeling/sunburn

So, I got some sunburn a week ago. A couple of spots on my back & stomach are starting to peel. Well, I heard that if you peel, that spot where you peeled won't get tan for the rest of the summer, or it won't get tan ever again? Is that true? Can someone explain it to me? Also, what are the bad effects of peeling (besides the gross shedding skin thing) THANKS!<3

wisdom teeth

Hello I wanted to ask you a qucik question, I am so scared to get my wisdom teeth pulled, I am crying about it right now just thinking about it, I'm not scared for the segery I am scared for them to put me asleep. Also do they have to put an iv in you and if they do why? I hate needles is there a way around that? any advice would be great thank you so much

hair damage

but i just about wash,blow dry, and straighten my hair everyday.
now this is killing my hair,
so i was just wondering if anyone knew anygood
repair hair porducts, or anything to put on my hair before i do this to protect it.
dont tell me to stop fixen my hair because i cant.

Ok so I have a yeast infection, and I haven't started my period yet. I told my mom everything and she said it was a yeast infection. So when you use the ointment that you have in a tube so you can put it in your vagina, and it burns a bit (because it's a side effect) can you put some vagisil cream up there to make it stop burning?
Ok and also, I haven't started my period yet but I think I might be spotting. when I looked at my panti-liner (I use them because I have so much discharge) It had red on it. And when I went to the bathroom and wipped some reddish brown stuff was on the tissue. Is the red/brown stuff just because I used the creams (the tube one you stick up there and the vagisil) the night before...

I'm 5'5 145lbs but for a girl I have muscles and big boobs. That BMI thing says to watch my diet, but I think I look fine. I CAN Lose a couple of lbs, but overall, what do you guys think??

Ive had mono for 2 weeks this comming monday and my sore throat has lasted for 10 days, and its so annoyingg, i havent slept a night all the way through since i had this as soon as i lay down to sleep my mouth gets super dry and my ears bother me. Im just getting fustrated, anyone whose had mono can you let me know how long your throat lasted and everything? my doctor told me i was recovering fast and i'll be able to go back out with my friends and stuff on saturday..

Ok I just had my period yesterday. I have an A cup already. Im not completely flat chested, you can still see my boobs trough my chest. But I just want to know how much longer it will be since I grow bigger from my periods. I know everyone is different, but just an average time would be helpful.

last night me and my boyfriend we're messing around..
then we starting to have sex.. after i was putting my panties on and i noticed blood, not a lot, but some..
so I had a pad on over night and there was nothing on it, at all(i dont like tampons)
and if it is my period its about 5 days early..
any advice on whats going on?
