It's not just your mother's genetics that matter. If the women on your mother's side of the family has large breasts, but the women on your father's side has small breasts, then you can't be positive on what you'll be.

it's in your genetics. if your mother & her mother have large breasts, odds are, you're going to have large breasts.
however, if it's really mixed [like your aunt has small breats, your great-grandmother has big breasts] it could vary. sometimes, it even skips generations [like your grandmother has big breasts but your mother has small breasts, you may end up with big breasts like your grandmother].
