i have a boyfriend and we've been going out for about 2 months and i really love him. he's the best. but see, there's this guy in my gym class and he always flirts with me during class. after gym he sometimes even comes to my locker and walks me to my next period class. but here's the thing, i always meet up with my boyfriend in between classes and whenever the guy is at my locker, i have to take a detour so i dont see my boyfriend otherwise my boyfriend will think i'm cheating on him with this other kid. and then i have to lie and say that my gym class got let out late and thats why i didn't meet him.

my friend has been abused

Background information: I'm a junior in high school and I have a friend who is a freshman, so she is about 14 I'd say.
My friend's mom used to physically abuse her when she was younger. Slap her and what not. My friend claims she doesn't do this anymore..I'm a little skeptical. But, the mother still verbally abuses my friend...badly. I've seen what happens when they even fight on the phone...horrible.
My friend has been fighting me very had because I don't want her to be in that house under those circumstances because no child deserves to be abused in anyway, ever. I want to call social services or the police or something...but what do I say? Obviously, I've never been placed in this situation and I have no pro...

mind on too many things at once

When i want to concentrate, i find that my mind is thinking of too many things at once. I find myself thinking of school, friends, boys, etc. all at one time!
This is so hard when i want to study but all this stuff comes to my head! i feel like i have no control over my own mind!
what can i do to only concentrate on ONE thing?
any techniques and symptoms to why i cant concentrate on just one thing?!

so my friend stabbed me with a blue pen on the top of my right hand (dont ask why,we were joking around) and its a short line.

im afraid im not going to pass my temps test. I live in Ohio, Ive taken some of the online tests, and ive read the book a few times, but i still feel like im going to fail! And if i fail, theres a good chance that my mom wont take me to get them again for awhile, so i want to make it the first time!

So, I like this boy. And I live in the city but he lives in the suburbs. And the certain area in which he lives is about an hour and a half away. We both like each other a whole hell of a lot. I can't drive yet cause I'm only fourteen. And he just turned sixteen and getting his license in four months. My question: Should we try anything? Considering the fact that he lives so far, I don't think we'd be able to see each other a lot. And his parents are somewhat strict so I don't think they'd let him go all the way to the city to see me. My friends say that we could make it work. We talk to each other every night until like, two in the morning and I always joke around and say, be my boyfriend! or something like that. and he just goes, i wish, move closer to me. so.. what should we do?

I have a friend whom I have known for about 4 years now, but I didn't really start getting to know him until last year. I never actually hung out with him until my bf was one of his friends, which is when I was around him more often. When my bf and I broke up, I hung out with his group a lot less often, but I was still in a couple classes with him. This year we also have 2 classes together, but I think our friendship is starting to change. Rather than us being friends through mutual friends, we are actually getting closer. We joke around and he's been talking to me more than usual lately, and I think I might like him. If you have any experience with this, could you give me hints to watch for on whether we like each other or if we are just becoming good friends.

My boyfriend of 2 years and I recently broke up, and it was a nasty, painful breakup. We're not speaking but have mutual friends, and I'm in the process of trying to get over him. The big problem is, we go to same college and it's very small. I see him all the time, and walking past eachother and not speaking is excruciating. I don't want to talk to him because I'm so hurt/angry and talking to him will just break my heart even more. How do I survive this situation?

So I'm changing my room. I'm 16/f. It was a cool lookin tropical theme, but now I wana change it to bright colors. Like neon colors. Like really bright pink, yellow, green, orange, and blue. And I'm painting my room for the first time, with those colors. I'm doing the whole splatter paint thing. Like, dip a paint brush and just splatter paint on the walls. But I'm having trouble finding a bedspread. I kinda know what I want, but kinda not. Since I'm splattering paint, I don't know what kind of bedspread to get. Alright so there is this guy. He is from a different town that's about 45 mins. away from my home town. We have met once, but not formally. We are friends on Facebook. I know a girl from his town and she tells me he is really nice. I'm not really good friends with her, but we talk when we see each other and occasionally message on Facebook. The guy is really cute and I've read his Facebook. He loves a lot of things I do. He is a big Christian (which is important to me.) He seems like a really great guy. Problem is I want to get to know him more, but I have no idea how to start a convo with him. I think it might be awkward to start one on Facebook. But I'm not the type of girl to just go straight up to someone and start a convo either. Any suggestions?
