People that tell lies drain me!

I have a friend (who I am very digusted with right now) who is a chronic and obsessive liar.
I know all about the lies she tells and have confronted her in a nice manner to no avail..these are usually lies designed to get out of trouble or to take advantage of others so not little white lies--but basically lies upon lies and elaborate lies at that. I plan to end the friendship, but she owes me a lot of money I mean thousands. She has taken advantage of me too. (I have ended the friendship in my mind, but attempting to play it cool with hopes she will pay me back)
Anyway, since this is about mental health, how does one handle an obsessive liar? Contiously confront them--which leads to arguments or should I keep...

okay so im new to this whole sex thing. i've heard girls talk about when they "explode" or something related to that.im just wondering what this means, how it happens, etc. also after your done having sex i read that a lot of people cuddle with each other, or go to sleep but i was just wondering, since the girl usually gets wet, isn't like the sheets going to be all wet and gross and doesn't the girl feel gross afterwards? how can people just like lay there after they are all wet? maybe im thinking totally wrong but i just don't have a clue so if you guys could give some advice i'd really appreciate it!

Alright my boyfriend and i were fooling around and some precum leaked through his his boxers AND shorts and then he brushed it and then touched me. he didn't insert his finger in me, but just touched that general area. am i safe? I'm just a paranoid person and normally i'm extremely careful and he says that he didn't get anything on his finger before touching me but can someone just tell me the chances are extremely small to ease my mind.

This may sound really stupid, but is or was Willy Wonka a real person?
I know some candy (like Nerds, the Wonka Bar, Bottlecaps, Laffy Taffy, Runts, Pixie Sticks, Gobstoppers) have the words Willy Wonka on the packaging. I thought maybe it was a cute company name but since there has been two movies (one in 1971 that starred Gene Wilder, Jack Albertson, Peter Ostrum and one in 2005 that starred Johnny Depp, Freddie Highmore, David Kelly) about Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory I started to think maybe Willy Wonka was a real person. I mean, there COULD be someone actually named Willy Wonka who is alive today for all I know.
I know it all could be a made up story but I am seriously asking if the man is real ...

Why are gas prices dropping while grocery prices rise?

I see gas prices dropping left and right, especially since the economy started to go into a crisis with the DOW and all losing so many points recently. Where I live, gas prices are about $2.79, forty minutes away I heard it's $2.49, and into Ohio I heard that it fell to $1.99 today. I can't remember the last time gas was under $2.00 per gallon!
So, gas prices are lowering and making things a little bit easier, but why are grocery prices rising still? I would assume that since transportation (the gas the vehicles use is what I'm going by) is cheaper for shipping then prices of groceries would fall along with the gas prices.
Is there a good reason why gas is lowering but food is still going up? I don't unders...

How often does the vice president actually assume presidential duties?

Since presidential voting is nearing I thought of a very good question I need answered about the presidential candidates. I know that John McCain is with Sarah Palin and Barack Obama is paired with Joe Biden. So, if Barach Obama becomes president, Joe Biden will assume position of vice president. If John McCain wins presidency then Sarah Palin will assume the position of vice president. My question really is though: how often does the vice president assume presidential responsibilities?
Of course, if the president actually died while in office or if he resigned the vice president would, obviously, become president. This apparently has happened three times since World War II, right?
