Should I go to the gym and workout every day?

im somewhat thin, im 5'4 and 120 lbs, but i feel as if i could lose a few. if i go to the gym every day for the whole week do i have a chance of losing a pound or two? what about two weeks?

Kay i hate my freaking stomach!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Its not huge but its big enough and i dont know how to lose it i tried alot of things that i put together myself but since i put them together i feel like its not really gonna help, if that makes sense! long story short i was wonder does anyone have a workout plan/diet that could help me lose my tummy by january???????? pleaseeeee lol im 5'6 1/2 5'7 & i weight bout 190, big i know =/ oh & im a female! I think my tummy is about 15 pounds at most! Thanks in advance guys.

It sounds a simple question. I want to lose around 2 stone, i'm currently running for about 30-45 minutes (trying to build that up) and i'm using my workout DVD for as long as I can. What kind of meals should I have?

Well im i the 7th grade and im 13. i'm about 20 punds and i really would like to lose it. any sugestions? i really can't help what i eat ecause i just grabs whats in the house for breakfest, we don't have healthy lunches at school. and for dinner its usualy pizza or spagheti.

My Doctor wants Me to Read The Zone and The South Beach Diet Book. I haven't Read Much of the Zone Yet.

I am hoping someone can help inform me of How I can tone My Legs and My stomach Quickly. I have to take Pictures soon!

Today I did some Yoga. I feel Very Tired a lot so it is hard for me to want to.

I have Ankle Weights and Normal Weights.

Please Help!

How to lose weight?

i'm 18/f, i weigh about 150 pounds. my ideal weight is around 135, is there any specific exercises i should do to get down to the target weight? i am a little overweight.
i have love handles, and was wondering if there was a workout technique i could use to get rid of them or make them smaller.
i also have a bunch of excess tummy fat, i heard somewhere that crunches and situps werent good for it, is that true?
basically, i just want to tone up my body, and i need help with what exercises i should do...
anything would be appreciated! thanks in advance,

I'm a skinny girl ..5'6 and weigh 118lbs and I have CELLULITE. I have it on my butt and a little on my legs. I don't understand this ..it came out of nowhere. I've always been skinny ..what can cause this? Are there any exercises to help make it less noticeable? For some reason I've heard running helps it go away a little bit. I'm not up to using any creams or getting any surgery or anything, I'm just wondering if I can make it go away at least a little bit with exercising or SOMETHING. This is the only part of my body I am not comfortable with, wish this would just go away :(

So, i am average weight. The thing is i have some tummy fat and i dont like it. I'm not trying to lose weight or anything because i know im still growing. I just want to know how to make my abs tighter so i can lose some of the fat just sitting there. I already walk, run, do crunches and sit ups. What other exercises can i do? How many crunches and sit ups should i do a day and how long is it going to take to get a tight stomach? thanks! (=

Okay well I have to take gym, for my whole freshmen year..than thats it. No mor gym!!! Yay! Well, I hate gym the most. I'm not overweight or anything, I'm just not miss athletic. I don't think theres much of a point in it. :/ I'm getting an A in the class, but me not being the all star player kinda makes me feel bad, plus none of my good friends are in there, only a couple..which I dont think they like me very well. I'm the quiet keep to my self girl..so and I hate being yelled at for "not doing anything" when I do as much as everyone else does..I dont skip class, I go every day... just give me some tips to get threw this year??? Thanks XD

i already asked you about my height.and u gave me advice of some exercise and sleep etc.would you please guide me about various exercises i need to go for. i have seen certain advertisements of some DVD's where it is written grow 6 inch taller in 90 days naturally, and there are certain videos which shows some exercise thing. Ok so when I wear a bathing suit or a tight shirt i feel super concious cause i am really curvy.I am 38" around my chest then 23" for my waist then 42" around my butt.I feel like i am being stared at I get told it makes me look "sexy" But i just feel super concious.Any advice??

Ive lost 30 pounds since this summer and now Im losing weight slowly I do work out. Ive tried girdles and I cant get a corset because they aren't in stores and I cant get one online. When I wear clothes my stomache shows. How do I get rid of my stomach fast or something I can wear to hide it?
