Ive lost 30 pounds since this summer and now Im losing weight slowly I do work out. Ive tried girdles and I cant get a corset because they aren't in stores and I cant get one online. When I wear clothes my stomache shows. How do I get rid of my stomach fast or something I can wear to hide it?

You may be a little overly aware of this... but, it sounds like a good time to add sit ups and leg lifts to your routine. [ bliz's advice column | Ask bliz A Question ]

I would say go to the gym and work out , push ups , sits ups , walking , and everything , and eat good and you'll be fine.
My advice to you is not stress okay , and relax and be good. Just try stuff online like that what I gave you or ebay or something always works or amazon , and wear light , lose clothes to hide it not tight because that won't work. Also , do excercises.
Good luck girl : ) [ snowboardbabe's advice column | Ask snowboardbabe A Question ]

okay this is more then a stomache problem...
it sound like your feeling insecure bout your tummy if i am wrong escue me on that but i am assuming...here are some tips that should help you
..................................................
1. Do sit ups after you eat when you wake up
and before you go to sleep
2. run 2 miles everyday pick a time that good for you
3. dont eat after 3hrs before you go to sleep
you dont want what you ate sticking to your stomach...
as far as clothing if you like the things you wear and dont really want to hae to wear bigger clothings then my advice to you is to suck it in...when your around others... [ Elliah4yue's advice column | Ask Elliah4yue A Question ]
