More is not always better.
When you're exercising, you don't grow as much muscle tissue as when you're resting. Your body needs time to heal itself before you work out again.
And 120 sounds like a pretty good weight for 5'4".
Don't focus so much on your weight as a number.
Use a measuring tape instead to check your progress.
I'm sure you've heard before that muscle weighs more than fat. This is why you use a measuring tape, and not a scale.
And don't skip any meals to try and lose weight.
In the end, drastic measures like not eating will make you gain weight.
Eat more fruits, vegetables and grains. Avoid saturated fats. Monounsaturated fats should be fine, though. Your body needs some healthy fat to keep you mentally alert and in a good mood.
