Legs and Stomach My Doctor wants Me to Read The Zone and The South Beach Diet Book. I haven't Read Much of the Zone Yet.
I am hoping someone can help inform me of How I can tone My Legs and My stomach Quickly. I have to take Pictures soon!
Today I did some Yoga. I feel Very Tired a lot so it is hard for me to want to.
I have Ankle Weights and Normal Weights.
Please Help!

I you have to take pictures soon and want to lose weight quickly you are going to have to change your diet a lot. You are probably overeating not in terms of food but in actual calories. Things like soda dont fill you up but contain a lot of calories. Cut back on sports drinks and sodas and eat just 3-4 meals per day of around 350-450 calories. I know you are thinking its a bit much but unless you are a 6 foot tall woman to lose weight you are going to have to cut your calories.

ok,well,i just tried this last week and worked great:
In the morning before you go out and do what you need to do, get some kind of cloth that is large enough to wrap your stomach and get some saftey pins or whatever you have to make it stay only for the whole day without falling.It has to be tight enough to kind of make your tummy look smaller under your shirt kind of like a girdle.So,the more movement you do in your day the more inches you lose around your waist.
It worked for me,I hope it works for you!
