Diet and Exercise.

They say you have to exercise AND diet to loose the weight. You can't just do one or the other. They go together.

Eat healthy and avoid unhealthy foods. An ice cream sundae isn't so bad once a week, just make sure your exercise the next day makes up for it.

Do the Special K diet! Eat nothing but Special K cereal with fruit cut up in it and drink only water or 100% fruit juice. That's what I did and it worked great. Make it a game... see how long you can go without soda or snacks. Try different kinds of Special K-- it's fortified with vitamins and minerals so you don't have to worry about getting the right amount of vitamins.
