kmoo answered Friday September 24 2010, 1:46 pm: Do the Special K diet! Eat nothing but Special K cereal with fruit cut up in it and drink only water or 100% fruit juice. That's what I did and it worked great. Make it a game... see how long you can go without soda or snacks.
