Ok...well...i feel as if i am really fat, and everytime i look in the mirror i cant bare to stand the person standing there. I am almost 5'4" and i weigh about 120. I have alot of fat up and around my stomach(upper area and abs) and on my theighs. Is there any way that i can manage to lose weight without having to pay any money? I Rate High!

eek! haha, sorry for the weird title.
My butt, is practically gone. I've lost alot of weight, yay for me! but my butt has gone with all my weight.
I don't want my butt back because ''guys like big butts'' I want it back because it's soo bony now and I can't find any good jeans and it's uncomfortable to sit on hard chairs because of the bones, this sounds weird I know but seriously.
Does anyone know any excersizes to get a bigger butt without putting weight on?

i really need 2 tone my inner thighsstomach, and butt before summer! and before 8th grade garduation actually 2 look good in my dress! i was wondering if you knew any good diets taht work fast and ways 2 tone those areas. thanks 4 the help in advance!!

I'm trying to buff my body in the nest 5 weeks. The program(exercises) that i'm using says to workout 2 times a week to notice decent improvment in 4 weeks. But i want to notice extreme improvment in 5 weeks. Can I work out 4-5 times a week to see improvments quicker, faster, and my body more sculputered? Thanks, <3

my underarms get sweaty a lot! and ive heard secret is the best brand to use a lot but it doesnt work well for me.. i need something stronger..do you guys think using babypowder would work? why or why not.. thanks!!

i have these HUGE addiction to coffee and diet coke. it'd be ok if i wasn't 14! i think i'm not growing as much because of it, but i need the morning shot to make me awake. i need to be taller but i also need my drinks! help?

I am not really fat, I weigh like 118 and I am 5'4" but for some reason all this fat hangs around my stomach area. I have tryed exercising often and it doesn't work. Plus I never get into the swing of it. Does anybody have a good ideas on how to keep my exercising schedule and maybe some good work outs that will help me tone my stomach? Thanks a lot!

i have this friend who is only 14, but weighs 140 lbs. she swims for 2 hours 3 times a week and does an hour of Phys.Ed. 3 extra times a week. she might weigh alot because she is like a little less than half muscle, and the rest fat. she eats pretty healthly, but she can't keep her mouth away from junk food. how can i help her?

im 5'2 and i weight 125.. i still really want to loose 10 lbs for the summer to start slimming down so when i come back next year people will be like ' wow shes changed alot ' and see that ive gotten skinnyer & i want to do this for myself..
is my weight good enough? or have any good tips for loosing the last 10-15 lbs?

I have muscular legs.. but not like huge but like nice and i'm working on my arms but they are fine.. the only thing i don't like is my tummy fat and my fat cheeks... everyone in my family has chubby cheeks... but is there anyway for me to slim down around my waist and loose some fat in my cheeks

I want to gain more muscle and tone up my body. Already, i'm 5'3'', weigh 100 pounds and i am 13. I want to do exercises that will tone up my body in my areas of my arms, stomach(abs), butt, thighs and calves. I want to notice an extreme improvment in the next 5 weeks. I want an exercise that will tighten my butt and thighs extremly with out making them larger or look to musculer. For the stomach and arms, i want an exercise that tones my stomach fast and quick, along with my arms that won't decrease and burn off the fat on my breast. I'm also up for sertain healthy foods that will help!! Also, are there any foods out there, or herbs, that will make my breast larger? I'm only a 32AA. Thank-you for the help<3 0x0x

I want to lost weigh by June for FL but I need some motivation. Everyday I wake up saying today im going on a diet but then it always turns out the next day and then again the next day. I need some motivation, does anyone know any good ideas to keep me motivated to me goal? please help

I've been thinking of becoming bulimic for awhile now... and I don't think there is nothing that can stop me, I just need to lost the weight because I feel so fat and left out all my friends are skinny and im fat and I hate it and it will stop when I become bulimic... im not going to stop
