I need some help for motivation!!!!!!!!!!!

I want to lost weigh by June for FL but I need some motivation. Everyday I wake up saying today im going on a diet but then it always turns out the next day and then again the next day. I need some motivation, does anyone know any good ideas to keep me motivated to me goal? please help

Basically, you need to try and start out small and work your way up. Try cutting things out like sodas from your diet and drink more and more water. Next, if you have a sweet tooth, try to limit your self to one small sweet a day or something. Also, if you athletic than just keep it up, if not then try to go walking or jogging a little bit through the week just to keep for muscles loose and try to stretch real well, stretching is just as productive as running. Hope you do well and just remember to start off small do you won't lose your motivation. Try not to think of it as a 'diet' but cutting out unnecessary things...most of the time.

put little notes around the house saying encouraging things and especially around the fridge ex:(an apple sounds good today!) so yea lol keep notes around and maybe pictures of other people that are around the weight you want it gets me to workout everyday so i hope it helps you x0o hOlly

Keep track of your eating habits and exercise routines on an online journal like xanga. There are also a lot of weight loss blogrings to offer support, and there are a rare few that offer weight loss competitions which will motivate you to beat the other contestants.

What you need is a mantra-

I'm trying to lose weight by the week of June 12- not much time. So my mantra, everytime I'm tempted by food (which is about every 20 minutes) is...

"I want to look good for camp, so I can forgo a cookie for now"

I just chose a cookie, because I like those... But I always just insert whatever is currently tempting me. Thinking along those lines reminds you how eating is pleasurable only at the moment your eating it, and you'll be alot happier later with a nice figure than you would guiltily eating a [insert whatever food item here] now.

say to yourself... "this week im going to go on a diet and then after that i will have a reward at the end of each week for my wonderful acievements" you have to want it your self... no one else can make you do it.. you have to want it bad!... you have ot have the curage to say "i want a salad please" or "no thank you" .. hope you reach your goal!

just think of a type of body you want to have when you come down here...just get a models body that u prefear the most hang it on somewhere in ur room and look at it and when you go on diet...dont eat salt or sugar it will help a lot!! also to lose it quick work out a bit ;) xoxo effy

The best way I find to motivate myself is find a pair of shorts that I want to fit me (now dont go any farther than a size lower than what you are now)I put them on, cry about how fat I feel, then hang them so I can see them. So when I wake up in the morning I remember how gross I felt in the shorts and work on losing weight so I can show those evil shorts who's boss. They will fit me darnit.

When I want to go on a diet, I just tell myself that if I don't stay on this diet, that I will gain weight and become fat, even though that's not true. Just tell yourself that you need to look good for when you go to Florida and that should help motivate you. There are other things you can do and say also.
