Not fat but not fit......... I am not really fat, I weigh like 118 and I am 5'4" but for some reason all this fat hangs around my stomach area. I have tryed exercising often and it doesn't work. Plus I never get into the swing of it. Does anybody have a good ideas on how to keep my exercising schedule and maybe some good work outs that will help me tone my stomach? Thanks a lot!

well i know some people personally who have the same problem, try some sit up, some poeple go on fruit diets, stoping carb but from my reasearch there is a new pill that reduces the size of the fat in the tummy Danish detox plan, biofirm from what i've heard it works but you should consult a doctor before taking medications ]
Try writing down a list of things youd like to accomplish atleast a few times a week and on what days you can afford some time to do them! better yet you could right before bed at night. crunches seem to work good, and running as well. dont drink pop, replace that with water!! maybe try some better eating habits? or even reading things in magazines, to help if still not satisfied. ]
try doing crunches on a daily basis and maybe a little running. stay away from the bad stuff like potatoe chips and try to drink alot of water and stuff. good luck! ]
