I am not really fat, I weigh like 118 and I am 5'4" but for some reason all this fat hangs around my stomach area. I have tryed exercising often and it doesn't work. Plus I never get into the swing of it. Does anybody have a good ideas on how to keep my exercising schedule and maybe some good work outs that will help me tone my stomach? Thanks a lot!
MissxKrstnN_c0le answered Friday May 6 2005, 5:21 am: Try writing down a list of things youd like to accomplish atleast a few times a week and on what days you can afford some time to do them! better yet you could right before bed at night. crunches seem to work good, and running as well. dont drink pop, replace that with water!! maybe try some better eating habits? or even reading things in magazines, to help if still not satisfied.
